Food was good except the French fries were very soggy and uncooked ! We ended up throwing away but the rest of the food was good.
Visiting from out of town and seen this Soul food spot the chicken was seasoned very well, the turkey wingz were pretty good, the zucchini mixed veggies were seasoned perfect! I'm a veggie lover lol. Everything looked good couldn't really decide but those items were worth trying.
Food was old, they gave us the boniest pieces of chicken and shoved 6 pieces and three sides in ONE container. We asked them to put the yams in a separate container bc there was no space and we didn’t want the juice leaking all over everything else. They said it was a charge for another container.. even though we practically ordered two meals.They mention soul food, but they do NOT have that.
the only problem I had with this place is customer service the women they are very unfriendly have a really bad attitude.Home made food very very good freshly made each day.one dinner can feed a family of 3 .the smoothie are made with fresh ?? fruit. So for customer service I give them a zero cuz if you ask them a question they have an attitude with it and if you say something about the food they get nasty with you the two girls that's working and now I think one is from Honduras and one is from El Salvador and they are very nasty people doing that and we pay that paychecks we pay everybody's paycheck and whenever we go in there to buy food we're paying that paycheck so that's what a lot of people don't you supposed to be kind to people they pay your paycheck one thing I always say is don't nobody come in the store you lose your job and you don't get paid so think about it that's where your money come from is the people that come in the store
Not sure why they have 5 starts. Have tried to eat here twice and they are always out of items. Came today. They were out of everything I wanted today. They were out of chicken breast, mac n cheese & potato salad. All because they were closing in and hour. SMH.

They have the best turkey wings and the food variety leaves you wanting for nothing! They even have dessert and smoothie. Love it!!
I used to buy the salads. Unfortunately, they are not looking fresh anymore. A lot more should be done on preparing the meats. The porkchops and baked chicken always look dry. The BBQ ribs and chicken wings are overly slathered in some kind of red sauce (unappealing). The red sauce amount should be an option.
Did a little experiment with this place. I attempted to call in for about a week at different times. Well, the weekend would be different, mon-fri would be the same...since I work. Each time the line would be busy, but when i went in there...no one would be on the phone.To add insult to injury, the busy message would be "The basinger you have dialed's message inbox is full. Please hang up. Are you still there? Goodbye." That seems to mich of a joke to not be intentional.I cant imagine the amount of business they lose by doing this. But hey, I guess they really want you to sit in there and be miserable with them while you wait.
Food is good for the most part. You should get there a few hours before closing for the freshest food. As it gets closer to closing the food is dry
