Update 4 years later:Don't ever order late at night from this KFC or any KFC for that matter because that's the screw it time of the night. You get what you get, and that's that. They did not include any of my sides. They gave me fried chicken instead of grilled. Also, why is the classic lemonade an additional fee and it tastes just like Tropicana lemonade or brisk or whatever Pepsi product they use. Why does that costs more? This location is trash.
I love KFC ! I'm only giving them four stars because, the drive thu guy didnt tell us they was out of coke, just gave us Dr pepper instead .until I tasted it and told them this was not Pepsi .then the cashier said ,she said this wasn't pepsi , she asked the guy why didn't you tell them we was out of pepsi. When I spoke up the cashier didn't like the way I said then what do you have and said to me to carm down I had to let her know I wasn't yelling . I just speak loud. She had an bit of attitude and left the window the other guy gave us our order with no apology...I dont think I'll go to this branch again ...I just like good service. With Friendly people.
Apart from not being able to go inside and order food, my main complaint is that when they do uber eats, they mess up the order. We got only 2 of the 3 drinks that were ordered. 2 were the wrong drinks and we never got the third. This is the second time in a row regarding our order. The last time we asked for the 2 breast and a wing meal, but we got 2 wings and a breast. I hope that KFC will allow people to come in know. One of the biscuits was hard.
Heavy set female at drive thru had a nasty attitude.I Had to exchange crispy for original because the crispy was burned. She nearly threw the food out the window without a word and then slammed it.I Just won't go back to this location
I ordered Two Sweet Tea with my meals"No Ice" and received two cups of extremely hot tea that a full cup of ice could help. That happen to by brother who should've never excepted them remember those cups are Not Design for hot beverages so there was some leakage. I don't know if the staff at KFC was attempting to be funny or just stupid. Taking my business elsewhere. Disappointed ?
My visit was a Drive through and zi have always been completely satisfied with the service and the food is still hot when you receive it.
Worst food experience I've ever had at a KFC. The chicken was dry/reheated. My tenders were missing the Nashville sauce. Missing my chicken sandwich. The fries were old/reheated. And to top it all off, they gave me Dr. Pepper instead of diet coke.I think they knew the order was completely messed up because they handed me the food without saying a word and then quickly locked the drive thru window and walked away.
They never have chicken sandwiches and half the time they don’t have chicken in the evening. 3 times I went and all they had was some pot pies.
A Chicken place with no chicken ready at 6pm thats a problem for me.. talking about 12 minutes wait time after being in line for 20 minutes
Got my order wrong, missed a box of chicken. Didn’t answer the doorbell when I tried to get the missed piece, so I had to go back through the drive through. Argued with me about whether or not I ordered the box and was disrespectful. Won’t be going back.
