Felt ignored being the only customer in line ordering. After sandwich was made I had to approach cashier to let them know My sandwich is ready. The amount of mustard on this sandwich is outrageous. While I put my card in the machine, cashier stepped away to gossip. Machine wasn’t even ready to take my card yet. I mean like come on. Need to get with it. Take care of your customers so they are in and out.
I had a horrible experience at this location. The manager ( I was told that his name is Dakota)and I had a misunderstanding about the size of a sandwich and he was very rude when he noticed that I misunderstood him. I left and came back a few minutes later. I pulled him aside and asked him did he think that his response was appropriate. He told me that he wasn't going to continue having the conversation with me amongst other side remarks. He refused to give me any information about the franchisee or anyone above him, telling me to come in on Tuesday if I wanted to talk to someone else. The passive agressive behavior was appalling. If anyone knows how I can contact the franchisee please let me know.
The food is great. It just takes them twice to get an order right. Never had my food correct on the first try AT THIS LOCATION
This was the best sandwich I've ever had. The employees here took their time making it. I highly recommend this location.
Normally, I would give this place 5 stars because the service is generally good. Today, I was disappointed. I ordered the club sub (#8), Mike’s way w/ white bread (I subbed the onions for green pepper). When I got home and opened my sandwich, there was no bacon, no oil or vinegar, and I had white bread on the bottom w/ wheat bread on the top. This place is usually good, but the sandwich makers really need to pay attention to people’s orders.
Isaiah and Jerell the are the best workers there...Isaiah He the best cook my sandwich was Hot fresh and Juicy And Jerell he also was A Great server. I recommend anyone to go there they fast and Great Customer service. The Whole Team Are THE BEST I LOVE THIS OXON HILL LOCATION they put they Customers First priority!! No complaints
Normally my subs were good but today they completely got my order wrong sandwich was dry and bread was burnt. The good thing i was able to get a refund.

Came this evening to grab a sandwich and waited 15 minutes to get a sandwich. Also the workers was arguing the whole time. They need to do better.
Hi! My name is Camille Taylor and I visited this Oxon Hill Jersey Mikes on Tuesday 12/14 around 7pm. I wanted to reach out to the owner to let him know that the staff in this establishment upon arrival all looked extremely "youthful" So, honestly, I expected medicority... at best However, these young people really were friendly, attentive and respectful. They truly deserve all the praise as far as exceptional customer service!! They greeted me with "maam" which is a rarity these days. I really appreciated that. Unfortunately, I did not really pay attention to names BUT from the sandwich preparers to the cashier all were really kind, professional and warm. More importantly, my order was perfect and I am 100% satisfied! Thank you staff and management of Jersey Mikes for treating your customers well!!!!!
