I order raspberry ice tea, after I ask another one they bring after my food finish lemonade tea with a lot of ice, they charge for refill!!!!!??????I never pay in another IHOP for refillAnd top of that wrong teaAnd bring after I finish my foodAnd extra chargeWow!!!!!!??????I never back this location and no tip
On 5/24/2023 around 3:30 am The worst experience ever with management and front counter staff guy came in high that work there was talking in front of customers cursing talking about why they send him home and they other was not equipped to work in the front at all no servers the servers they fix have where working hard and was nice as well as busser but that was the only positive thing we experienced but that was fair to them either to be over work. Over 20 people walk out that we’re dining in waiting almost 2 hours for there food. People was told who wanted to dine in to go somewhere else I was there for and 1 hour and 48 minutes waiting all my food was there thank god. How about change management because they are terrible and not good for business.Do better
Okay where do I begin? First off, I usually don’t like doing reviews but since I was so hungry I’m going to do it. Saturday I took my grandmother and brother to just have a nice brunch everything was cool, but our server was kinda rude/impatient. Yes we know it was a busy day but no excuse. My grandma was just talking and she cuts her off and was like”are you ready to order?” Hmmm okay we just goin ignore that and have a good lunch. Then we’re sitting by a window that’s directed towards the sitting area when I tell you I’ve never been so annoyed. All of the servers are tapping on the window pointing at people across the room. I felt like I was in a school cafeteria. So fast forward to just now. Im at work just thinking about my leftovers. As soon I got home boom put my sandwich in the microwave. I’m all excited cause it’s all hot at this point I’m crushing. I get to the middle and I’m literally fighting with my sandwich and dropped it back in the container cause I couldn’t hold it any longer because it was hot. So I open it and I see this. My heart hurts imagine thinking about left overs just to find out it’s raw.
Actually my review is ZERO stars. When we arrived they seated us immediately but made sure to tell us we have to be patient because they didn’t have enough staff for the amount of customers. We said fine and sat down a little before 3am. The waiter didn’t even bring our menu until 30min later. He took our drink orders (which was mainly water) and we never received them. By 3:48 we still never received our drinks nor did the waiter take our orders. We asked the manager if we would realistically be able to order and get our food in an hour (because we had to leave by a certain time) he said yes we would. The table next to us said they had been there since 2am and only just received their appetizers. Another table had been waiting to pay so long they finally had to find the manager , gave their cash and said keep the change because they just needed to leave. One staff member was getting an attitude with people as they were getting seated to the point folks left immediately. After an hour and we still never received even our water we decided to leave. The staff was completely inefficient one waitress looked like she was sleepy or high. I don’t know what was going on but it was not a good experience. I don’t recommend this location !
Called my oder in for pickup today. Got home & couldn't believe how well my order was completed today. Great job to the cook! Also, to the person responsible for packing up my order. Got utensils, pancake syrup more than one butter... The didn't miss today. Thank you for my breakfast, wish I brought cash to tip you guys.Only issue is, the number listed on Google is incorrect. I had to use the number on the sign in the lot & place my order. When I called, they so picked right up. So, very impressed with the teams work effort this morning.
Came in after MGM Grand last night. Tyrone J. was excellent. Top notch stellar service. He’s the fastest walking guy I’ve ever seen in the service industry. Very clean and spacious location too. Salute Tyrone!
Idk if he was the manager or what but according to my receipt a bald head African American gentleman named Johnathan held it down. 12 am not that many customers but when I say he took the drink n food order no paper n pen. Went changed apron cooked the food in 20 mins served us and 2 other tables and I mean with chill. Food was AMAZING AND HOT AND DELICIOUS SO I RECOMMEND THIS NON STOP THIS LOCATION. HE MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE GREAT
They leave your food just sitting there so you literally have to be checking up every 5 minutes if not they forget I had a horrible experience I almost waited 2 hours and that's including the time I had to wait because I ordered online. The app said done and it was never done nor even started smh I would not recommend this placeBusy location on weekends
This I hope is totally changed in a very good way, (it must change the management team)it wasn’t my favorite place before, but now have a very good service the waitress is so helpful, very inviting staff kids friendly and it’s always good for a family. I strongly recommend this IHOP.
The star is for the service. Waited over 30 mins to be told if you do not want to wait or be patient you can leave. Instead of owning the problem....the dreadlocks employee decided it was best to lie and say she just got the order when it was ordered 36 mins ago. Sometimes just saying I am sorry is better than making the situation worst. Terrible customer service! Try another iHop.
