We were visiting the Casino to catch a show. After calling most of the restaurants there wasn't much available, but Diablo's was more of a first come first serve type place. Walking up we were able to get a couple of seats at the outside bar. The staff was great, matter of fact we chatted it up with the two bartenders and they were quite hysterical. The outside bar area is pretty cool. We got some different types of tacos so we could try them all and a order of plantains. Everything was pretty tasty! The plantains were absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend sitting outside at this restaurant and giving them a try if you haven't they have good drinks and great food!

Last minute trip to the casino and ended up at Diablo's Cantina. When we walked in (weekend night) there was a dj and small dance floor area by the big bar. The outdoor area looks great for when weather is better. We ordered a few drinks and the chicken flautas and queso fundido. I ordered al pastor taco and baja fish, chicken tinga (tacos can be bought by 1) lastly got a side of fries with Chipotle aoli. Overall pretty good but there will most likely be a wait.
Knife-edged 4 star.The good: The drinks were good. Highly recommend "Let's get Tiki" and the Nachos were pretty good. DJ that night was wonderful creating a great atmosphere. It was the main reason I dined here.The bad: The tacos were too juicy and the additional shrimp weren't seasoned right. There was also miscommunication between waitress and kitchen.The ugly: First, forcing a $50 per person upfront says alot and nothing good to me. Second, over priced additions to meals completes what came first. In my opinion they don't trust the quality of their food or service to bring them to their goal.You should go and judge urself though.

The food and service was great. Itâs just the portion size compared to what you paid for doesnât match up. $34 for three birria tacos (and thatâs it. No sides, nothing) is a bit steep. The drinks were delicious, our server was great and the ambiance (we dined outside) was absolutely gorgeous.
