The absolute worst service I’ve ever had. Let’s be honest though, this is not any kind of five-star establishment, but still. I ordered from the app and still had to stand there and wait 20 minutes. Yet another great reason not to eat “fast” food often.When I did a status check 10 minutes past, the guy at the counter got an attitude with me.
I walked in around dinner time on a Friday. The line was very long, but the staff did a good job of moving through as quickly as they could. Food was good, the beans were just slightly undercooked, but still giving five stars because the portions were great and the staff added exactly the amounts I requested.
The food at this chipotle is severely over seasoned!!!!! I have eaten at MANY chipotle locations over the years and no other chipotle over seasons their food this way! I ordered once, the steak was salty, the guac was salty! The Rice was salty! I ordered a second time thinking the last time was prob just a bad day and everything was STILL horribly salty. I pay extra to order from the location from the national harbor at this point. Don’t nobody have time for high blood pressure !
This establishment can't follow simple instructions for anything. I placed an online order via the app and the end result was tragic. Everything I ordered was missing. It was so bad that I literally counted the steak in my bowl to only find that I had 10 pieces of meat. I paid for extra!!! I got a whole bowl of rice, lettus and 10 pieces of steak. I didn't order that period. Management couldn't be bothered to return a phone call. This is simply pathetic and they think they deserve $15 an hour??? Please. I will never go back to THIS particular establishment again. This is the 2nd on in Prince George's County. Smh.
I hate this Chipotle the whole line of workers need to be replaced Very Rude!!! Protein Portion size is Ridiculous I had to ask twice for more only for her to take a pitch and tell me that she’s not allowed to give more then decide what you ask for extra side of Cheese ?ridiculous I had to ask twice for more only for her to take a pinch of Barbacoa and tell me that she’s not allowed to give more than the size where you ask for extra side of cheese or guacamor whatever that’s the portion size of the protein and it’s not even filled or packed in I can’t believe it everyone in line was upset with the size of their portions only to be not even greeted by rude nasty workers Who wanna say oh if you want more it’s double give me the correct question amount who wants to spend $13 on a bowl with no meat you’re going to lose a lot of business this way everyone in that line was upset with their portion size I was not the only person that spoke out and if you go back and look at the time I believe it was around between 745 to 8 o’clock everyone in the whole line if you run the video back is complaining about their portion size and all of the line workers were rude and nasty “the company tells us to give you!” I’m gonna write a review every day until you guys change the line of work is that you have in there and let them understand that customer service comes first it’s not going to kill you to give a little more beast and the portion sizes are very unfair if I have been someone of their nationality they would have overfilled my bowl I’ve seen them do it before
This place is awful. The workers are very rude. There 5 workers congregating in the back, i had to wait forever to get any service. I’m never coming back to this Chipotle again. The app said my food would be ready at 4:20, it wasn’t given to me until 4:30.. and there was only 3 additional customers. I really used to love chipotle but they are starting to fall off.
I must be insane because I continue to order from this particular location and each time, something is missing, whether it's my chipotle vinaigrette dressing or salsa. This time, I ordered a salad. What's the first thing that goes in a salad? Lettuce. Ask me if I got any lettuce....NOOO! Not only that, thay left off my salsa.Edit: So, I tried this location again (5 mos later) like a dummy, and AGAIN, my salad is wrong, and AS USUAL, my vinaigrette dressing is not included. As a matter of fact, I have NEVER received the dressing from this location...just dry salad. The funny thing is I forget how much I hate this location until I order again and receive my incomplete order. Hopefully, I'll remember the next time.
If I Wanted Hair In My Food, I’d Ask. Food Is Never Right. They Forget All The Ingredients You Ask For But Have No Problem Adding The Ones You’d Never Hope For… Like Hair… Smh… Second Time Experiencing This From This Location… This Gave Me Motivation To Just Cook My Own Food For Now On!!

Do yourself a favor and go to national harbor. Its something everytime I go in there or order. I cant tell you how many times I've ordered online or delivery and paid for extra meat and got nothing. They've even just plain forgot to give me meat befor. Once I took back my order and the first thing the manager says I just got here I dont know what going on. The worst of the worst. My favorite is when they pick and choose to be fair on quantity of topping rice or meat.
