I purchased the new “flood bowl” via the app along with other bowls for myself and my two sons. I received a regular chicken bowl instead. None of the ingredients with the “flood bowl” new chicken flavor were included. However, this bowl costs $5 more than the regular. Also, the chips were burnt and extremely salty (or it tasted salted due to the burnt flavor). Either way, $77 for delivery including my total order was so not worth it! This was totally a store/employee error!!! Chipotle has the audacity to offer me free chips and salsa as a solution! Absolutely NOT! How about a refund for my entire order or at least a free replacement item f the original order! And my family and friends wonder why I don’t eat out often and prefer to cook! ??♀️
Employees close lobby hours before close time so we had to carry our food in the rain and eat it cold
Always friendly staff. Busy on weekends .I always order online and the chicken can use more flavor
Horrible, no burritos, and was low on rice, no chips. They had a big sign on the door stating low on rice. The food is always low, so sad to be a new restaurant
Can't go wrong with chipotle
This was a pretty typical experience when visiting this chain. The food was good and hte portions were great. The staff was friendly but appeared overworked.
Nice people working there but the service quality can decline when there are too many people in line like on a Saturday night. They mixed up our order but we didn't notice until we got to our room.
Repeatedly disappointing. Do better National Harbor Chipotle, contributing to the lackluster reputation of the whole area.
Charged the app on my phone twice and refused to rectify. Forgot to pack my beverage. Incredibly rude service. So I paid $28 and got one bowl. Awful.
Yeah, this place was okay. The sofritas was flavorful and all but the rest of everything tasted very bland. Unimpressed.
