The only thing Good was the burgersThere was no working AC and customers had to lift the outside screens to get air circulating.There was no ketchup and no chili. We got charged for chili but they were “out”. I asked that they apply the amount to a new order and she said she couldn’t but could refund me.Then told me no one on staff could refund me any money. I was offered a fountain drink instead. I already bought a fountain drink so it wasn’t acceptable.I walked out with no refund.I would like to say the staff wasn’t the problem. They can only do so much. Nothing that was wrong was in their control. Imagine having to take orders, deliver food, bust the tables, make the milkshakes, and customer service… she was doing her best and there is no way on a major holiday like Memorial Day should she have had to.Do better by your staff and facility or this place with great burgers will be closed soon. The food isn’t worth the experience.
Myself and my husband decided to take our 4 kids for a night away and stay at the National Harbor. We decided on Burgerfi because they had food our kids would eat. Myself & my husband ordered the spicy burger, I customized mine without cheese and “green” lettuce wrap, both of our burgers came out perfect, very flavorful and delicious! Our kids order burgers, hot dog & grilled cheese. All were great size, I would say that I don’t feel the grilled cheese was worth the almost $8. It was very thin and not like the online picture. We also ordered a large onions rings and they were amazing! We expected your typical small onions rings and these were nothing like that, they were large and very delicious! Overall it was a great experience and we would return to burgerfi.
The assistant manager was on point. I was super excited about the customer service I received today. My order was correct. He assured me that it was safe to eat the ketchup and all from the public dispenser. It's hard to find customer service like that. I watched as he took order delivered orders to tables and cleaned the store. It was just an overall good experience.
After walking around the National Harbor, we ended up finding BurgerFi, we should have kept walking. We ordered our food and ended up waiting 30mins in an empty restaurant for cold fries and food that wasn't prepared the way we requested. As shown on the receipt, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, one was original and the other was spicy. The spicy chicken sandwich was for me and because I'm such a picky eater, I asked for the mayo and ALL of my toppings, except the lettuce and tomato, to be on the side, just in case I didn't like them. Well needless to say, that didn't happen and BOTH sandwiches we prepared exactly the same and we actually had to bite them to find out which one was spicy, because it didn't specify anywhere on the wrapper. I just don't think that's the wait time was justified for the food, it wasn't GREAT or bad, it was just a chicken sandwich. At the very least, they could have gotten our order CORRECT and given us some HOT fries!!!
Wow! Awesome experience here at BurgerFi in National Harbor! First, the location is absolutely beautiful. Second, the food could not have been better. Awesome menu with plenty of choices and all of them just as delicious! We got some shakes for dessert and they were incredibly. Definitely a must try!
Never heard of this restaurant when I came to visit but it was definitely a great find walking hungry down the street getting in late from a flight. Really tasty burgers and fries. Milkshakes as well were awesome and easy to find from my hotel.
I came here because I couldn’t find any other place that looked good, yet cheap. However, I’m incredibly disappointed with everything. They were out of almost everything, and the service was terrible. The man taking my order was extremely rude, he had air pods in the entire time, and was even on the phone, talking and taking orders. They also gave me very little sauce and when I asked for more they told me I’d have to pay. And their fries were either overcooked or undercooked, no in between. They were out of paper towels in the bathroom. And while this didn’t happen to me, I saw a man come in who had preordered online and they were so disorganized. They didn’t have anything ready and didn’t even try to get organized. When I ended up leaving, he was still waiting for his food. If I could give it a 0, I would, but I can’t so I’ll give it a 1. Very disappointed.
Loved the Veggie Burger and Fries. It was bit expensive and Restaurant was not that good.
An absolutely wonderful surprise. In town for a conference and just picked a spot on the map!!! WOW!!! Super fresh food. Plenty of it and awesome staff. I had fries (which a large was HUGE) and could have been a whole meal. But they were perfect. Sooo yummy. Veggie burger was superior to most others. The staff were kind and helpful. Prices were spot on!!! Stop in for sure!
This is the 3rd time I've been there and I was underwhelmed by the service on all 3 occasions. 3rd time being the worst. Me and my wife ordered online and went to pick up. When we got there we ordered shakes because we couldn't online. After the order they got a bit of a rush and all common sense left the building. They prioritized horribly and had us waiting 20 minutes just for 2 shakes, while people came in after us got their food and another customer got their 2 shakes. At 20 minutes I bring this to the lady's attention and she said "give me one second". Instead of immediately making the shakes she tries to bag another order. I asked for my money back and left. That was such a horrible experience. Never again, unless their management gets better.
