Purchased whoopers from this location. Both whoppers were halfway cooked. The inside was like red mush & the bottom buns we wet & soggy.. I was told by Greg, the owner of this location that I could not receive a refund. He also couldn’t care less about my issue & was extremely sarcastic. Definitely will never visit again & will influence others to take their money somewhere else

Order via the mobile app. When I arrived my order was ready. Employees continued to wait on customers in line and didn't state that My order was ready until I demanded someone look at the bag.This happens regularly. BK needs to get the people and processes in step with the app.

I came to this Burger King and ordered a Whooper Meal with no Onions and I added Cheese with French Fries and a Drink. My order was served just the way I wanted it, have it my way as the Burger King slogan says (Have It Your Way). My order was prepared fast, Hot, Juicy and Tasty. Staff was Attentive, Friendly and Quick. This Restaurant was Clean. Plenty of parking spaces available in the parking lot. This Restaurant has a Drive- thru service available.

Slow. Didn't give me ketchup that I specifically asked for. Meal came with no straw. Fries barely warm.

Burger King need change name to burger queen. My cellphone is larger than the shake, what's up with that. The lady said they only have 1 size now and this is it. 1 size shake that fits in a small drink cup. Flat sodas and 1 size shake. Disappointing. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Went to burger king in Oxon Hill and ordered 8 8 piece nuggets (repeated twice), 4 milk shakes, 1 sprite. When I got to the pick up window, all I received was 1 8 piece nuggets, no sprite. I question about the other 7 8 piece nuggets and their respond (You only asked for 1 8 piece nuggets). I didn't argue with them, but I made a U turn, went inside inquire about the sprite I paid for. I knew the workers said something smart among themselves, but I'm a better person than they are. Need to be more courteous and when orders are repeated more than once.

Not sure if this is mold on my sandwich but the meat stinks so bad I asked for no pickles no onions an no tomatoes an added cheese . I get home an the order is completely wrong… I was charged for something I didn’t even receive.

I just went to this burger king about 1 hour ago today November 18th 2021. I do not know if they have a bunch of new hires at the moment but service is alot slower and the overall professionalism is lacking. One girl was on her phone while taking my order and some of the people at the drive thru line take forever to ask for my order. Most recently today I had to pick up an online order. I waited in the drive thru line for almost 10 minutes and when I finally got to the pickup window the manager was extremely rude and snappy with me. I believe it was a hispanic man. I usually do not make a big deal out of small inconveniences because I understand that things happen, but I am appalled that the manager on duty was as rude to me as he was. If you don't know how to speak to people maybe customer service is not the right job for you.

The cashier I think her name was Alex. She was more interested in a young man in the store. I had to repeat my order twice. While she flirted with him. She was kinda rude. My food was hot and good.

The night manager was very rude and nasty wearing no gloves putting his bare fingers in people cups. Wearing no mask and his apron was dirty. When I told him not to put his finger in my cup he got rude with me and said do u want your food or not I just told him I wanted another cup and I will be following up with corporate office to file a complaint against him. I was very unsatisfied.
