I can't do it. Everytime I come here, I'm the only customer and it's baffling. Like no one in the drive thru and *maybe* one person comes in. The food: it's just not typical bo quality. I can't believe their chicken sandwiches have zero condiments or toppings unless the staff was being funny (like nothing, just bun and chicken). Fries are good but it feels so deserted and chicken so bland that I can't do it anymore.
8:45am visit, and I'm glad I had to use the restroom before ordering bc the restroom was disgusting. The store had only been open since 7am, and I understand many places are understaffed; BUT, this was still unacceptable. No soap. No hand towels. Trashcan filled to the top. I don't imagine they have enough foot traffic to justify the amount of disarray (bc most people us the drive thru...)I spoke with the manager on duty, and her explanation was that they were short-staffed this morning.....Not only were the necessary items out of stock, but half the equipment is damaged! A store does not run out of everything at one time, so, I imagine these items have been out for more than one shift....Needless to say, I did not order breakfast from here and I will not order anything from here in the near future. I canNOT imagine what the kitchen looks like. ? #disgusted
Literally a waste of time going here. I drove 30 minutes to get Bojangles, got here at 9pm (when they close at 10pm). When i got to the speaker and tried to order, I was informed they shut their grill down already and therefore can’t do any biscuits at all. Even looked to try to give me leftover biscuits from earlier in the day. Why is the grill off a whole hour before closing?!? Why not just close at 9pm then?!? This is suppose to be a restaurant that serves famous biscuits and chicken lol. Such a waste a time and won’t be back. The Bojangles back home would never.
Would rate a 0 star review if I could have I went here three times trying to give them the benefit of doubt but every time I come my chicken taste like burnt chicken I believe it’s their oil or something but it’s always nasty. each time I come I have to turn right back to get a refund do not recommend coming to this bojangles at all upper Marlboro is great. let’s not forget the long wait time for the drive thru also!
My only complaint is a female cashier who works the closing shift. Whenever she's working there, she messes up my order or forgets something. She's done this while either talking on the phone or to one of her coworkers. Apart from that, I enjoy the food.

I went inside and ordered the 12 piece family meal around 4:15 today. I was told I had to wait for 20 mins. A young lady brought my food to my seat and told me she's going to get the fries. It's 6:34 and I'm ready to eat. This chicken look old, horrible, and burnt. Not the 1st time I was angry by what I was served at this location. No receipt was given either. They was a ton of receipts by the register just sitting there. My receipt was tossed aside by another worker who immediately did something with the register and went and sat back down to eat. On the way back now for chicken cooked the right way.
Chicken was over cooked and tasted burnt. If I could give them zero stars I would.
My chicken was not cooked. When I cut open the chicken it was just red and bloody. Then I've been calling the store and the voice-mail is full. What's going on??? Are any managers available?? Can I get somebody to assist me please?? Other than the uncooked chicken, I must say the customer service was great inside. The young lady on the register was very nice! Myah I believe is her name. Great job and kudos!!!
I did not enjoy my breakfast. I ordered the egg and cheese on a biscuit and the tater tots, very salty. I couldn't eat after two or three bits I had to throw it out. My coffee was so so, but I'm not planning to go back. Service was quick and friendly, but food not for me.
