Amazing In EVERY Way with Real French Crossants that took me back to the trips I’ve taken to France. Don’t be fooled folks: This is the Real Deal as far as what a Real Crossant, Ice Cream, Sandwiches, etc. And the employees, including the Manager who sat down with me to explain how to add money to my MGM Rewards card so I could use that instead of having to dig in my purse pull out a Separate debit card to pay for things while I’m at MGM. And my Server was also very kind and considerate and she helped me every time I asked because I’m Disabled, but she is so sweet I think she helps anyone. Which is wonderful Anyway, I’ll Be Back Here Asap and I’m very much looking forward to it:)??????✌?✌️?????⚖️ ??️➕?♻️???????☮️??️‍??️‍⚧️??????

Always a good spot for some delightful breakfast, despite the fact at the time of my visit they were out of potatoes they still made a great omelette and toast!

Bought an Orange Juice and a slice of tiramisu cake. The staff were friendly, the cake was great. No complaints. The cake was very sweet. If I could go back and get more, I would.I would give this place a 5 star but nicked a point off because the Orange juice was a ripoff. It was $13. If I had cake alone, we would’ve been set.Def recommend this place, and I will be back.

Looks great. Love the chocolate fountain. Yum!

The food & coffee are decent. But after many years of coming here I stopped because they have become so ridiculously unorganized. You can hear the other unhappy customers complaining lately because they keep you waiting way too long that you literally have to remind them you've been waiting or else they literally forget you! To make matters worse they are over priced. This casino cafe cannot compare to the REAL Las Vegas Bellagio.

I booked on line and had to adjust my reservation dates and was instructed to cancel and rebook - which I did. However after a long wait in line to checkin to my room I was told I didn't have a reservation, although they did have my canceled reservation, which she kept saying I had a reservation for the dates I canceled. I asked the clerk to book me a room for the night and was told I had to leave and book on line. I looked back at the line I waited 15 mins and was quite disturbed that I would need to stand in the line again. When I told my friends they said forget it and stay with them in one of the extra beds - which I did. It is too bad that customer service wouldn't or couldn't book me a room, because it lowered my opinion of the hotel and they lost $$. The large room was great and easy to share - clean, fashionably furnished and updated. I think reservations should be able to adjust the dates without canceling.Note to myself don't assume the reservation went through.

Poor customer service needs to be addressed. I was the only person in line on a Saturday morning. I took a quick glance at their menu and made eye contact with a couple of employees upfront; an indication that I’m ready to place an order. Unfortunately, I wasn’t even acknowledged (Music was playing loud and I had a mask). Employees should take initiative to at least greet or communicate with guests if they need assistance, it’s a common business practice and etiquette. The manager was also present training a cashier. Staff seems uninspired. With the exception of one lady making coffee, it seems oblivious to them that interaction with customers order should be a priority. I have better experience at 7-Eleven quite frankly.

The best cup of java for sure. Strong and hot brewed.....Only $4.50 for a large cup/ did not try the wraps but they looked good

Limited menu . We tried royal chocolate and tiramisu they were good enough.

Absolute garbage. Theor service moved slower than the DMV and the coffee tasted like burnt hair. I've had better meals from the free continental breakfasts at a Holiday Inn Express. Frankly, MGM should be embarrassed to have this restaurant in their hotel. Avoid at all costs.
