Waited long for the food, it was my birthday yesterday so they employees was highly upsetting me. Acting as if we weren't there & charged me for 4 damn taco's that i didn't ask for, i asked for 2. The total was $33.90 i think but, too much for four tacos, im not coming here ever again...y'all need to have better customer service skills & not have people waiting all day for their food..ridiculous. Also, want half of the $ back too.
First, this place is in the bottom of a hotel. It is run by the hotel. They ignored me for 20 minutes. Then I ordered a porter at the bar. I was given a pilsner (the opposite of a porter). The bartender had no idea what a porter was. Then the ignoring started again. After an hour, we ordered nachos. The plate of nachos was about the size of a small salad plate. My party and I just wanted to leave. But then I had trouble getting and paying the check. I would never eat here or recommend it to anyone.

They were under staffed and the staff did not seem like they knew much about the service industry. They need better training and more staff.
We arrived and was told they don’t accept reservations using Open Table on weekends, although I was allowed to book. Service was mediocre and food wasn’t much better. Spent too much money for a fair experience. Further, the dessert I wanted was not in stock. Will not return.
We ordered mac and cheese and a grilled cheese. Both came with fries. The fries were greasy and would have been very good if cooked properly. The mac and cheese seemed to be Kraft boxed and the grilled cheese was not what is expect from a restaurant. Neither the bread nor the cheese were of high quality. I would not return to the restaurant.
Ordered the same drink twice but they were made completely different. Everything was good but not great.
10/10 experience! Came here with my friends and it was awesome. The food was great and so was our server. The view of the harbor was amazing, a very chill and nice place for a nights out
Long wait for service/food/drinks, the waitress was rude, some of the food was disgusting, dry and shouldn’t have ever been brought out to customers! We checked reviews and photos before choosing to dine here and it was nothing like we expected! Go somewhere else if you want timely service and kind wait staff, good food that looks edible and appetizing. We were treated poorly, forgotten about and served disgusting food. Our sliders (one order) which the waitress argued that we didn’t order, were finally brought out looking like they were stomped on and played with like playdoh. The experience we had is completely unacceptable for a nice restaurant, this is something I’d expect from a fast food place. Spending hundreds of dollars on horrible service and food is unacceptable and ridiculous. The photo is of the sliders we received, on the left was the second one brought out, the right was the first to be brought out. We had ordered two in the beginning but the waitress insisted and argued that we only ordered one and then brought these gross looking things to us. I would NEVER recommend dining here if this is considered acceptable by the management. I wasted my time and money in a dreadful experience that should have been a lovely time with my family.
