I normally love their food! I ordered the yakisoba noodles which I get all the time but they gave me something entirely different and when I called them out the guy was rude and said we don’t get those noodles until next week call Uber eats and get refund ??♀️

My favorite local sushi shop. The tempura udon is always hot and flavorful, and they serve the best spicy salmon hand rolls I’ve ever eaten. Plus, everyone here is so friendly.I’ve tried a few other local spots but none of them even come close to Yuki. Plus, they have great lunch roll specials (like 3 rolls for $12). Do yourself a favor and get your sushi here if you’re in Owings Mills.I usually upload photos… but everything is so good I always just dig right in ? ?
Trash food, the spicy tuna roll was easily the worst roll I’ve ever had and it’s so easy. Forgot one of our items and overall just nothing notable. Wouldn’t order from again.
My husband and I order carryout from Yuki at least once or twice a week. They are friendly, have great customer service, and the sushi is always great! Easily the best sushi in the area.
Yuki Sushi is one of a few sushi places I frequent but this time was different. I ordered two shrimp tempura rolls, one California roll and a spicy California roll with real crab meat and asked to have mango added to it. Get home only to find out the spicy real crabmeat California roll add mango wasn’t correct. Only had mango and crabmeat inside and it was missing the spicy sauce. I called to let them know one of my rolls was wrong. The young man who answered the phone was very pleasant and kind but the owner would not take accountability for the roll not being what I ordered. He insisted that the only way I could be refunded is if I brought the roll back. I explained that I was in the middle of cooking dinner and didn’t have time to bring it back. Not only that but they aren’t necessarily close to my house either. When I asked to speak to the owner he declined to speak with me saying he was “busy” and told the guy to tell me no refund if I don’t bring the food back. So not only was the food wrong to no fault of my own but he wanted me to waste gas to bring back the incorrect single roll. I even offered to send a picture of the roll so that he would know I was being truthful. Instead the owner via guy on the phone said he would pick the roll up from my house and then refund me (lol right). At that point I was over it and told them I wanted a full refund and they could have all the sushi back that I had ordered. The owner did not come, he sent the young man who answered the phone to do his dirty work. Again, he was very pleasant and kind. Now he has food he can’t sell, lost money having to refund me for all of the sushi instead of the one roll, and wasted his own gas to pick the sushi up. All this over a $7 California roll. Wont be back.
Food is really good... the place isn't really fancy, but the staff is always friendly. The food is worth the price, but the restaurant needs to be cleaned near the entrance way
Ordered to go, and the food was prepared very quickly. Even though I still had the drive back before I ate it, the deep fried Owings Mills roll was still crunchy as ever. High quality fish and ripe fruits and veggies.
