There's been a problem everytime I've gone to the Lakeside Blvd location - last week waited in line 17 minutes then told they only have strawberry frostys - waited in line 14 minutes last night then told they have NO FROSTYS! What kind of management here - if any?? And the absolute worst - once you get to the order spot and can't get what you came for, you're stuck in the line cause there's no way out!! Can't get through to order for pickup - but I see the young girl running orders out to the pickup spaces consistently. Though I have complained about this place, nothing has changed - and the problem doesn't appear to be the kids, it's mis-management????...
Just terrible. Employees just laugh & joke around with each other. Don't take their jobs seriously or pay attention to simple details.Went for the dinner other night & they got my order wrong twice. I asked for a burger with no cheese, no tomatoes. After I asked them to correct my order the first time, I literally overheard them confirming the wrong order for me. I corrected them from my car & they pretended to fix my order, & proceeded to give the wrong order again.I didn't want to waste my time having them correct it a third time because the employees here are just flat out incompetent & lazy.
Unfortunately, I cannot give a (-) 5 star rating. I literally cannot think of one time I visited this location and the staff were professional. You always have to wait a long time in line and they NEVER have the frosty available. The staff have the WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES. DO THEY GO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AT ALL. The very long waits are a result of the UNBELIEVABLE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES. It is extremely unfortunate that our young people (black people) put an enormous amount of energy into those aspects that do not bring forth growth. I strongly recommend diversity in this location. You will see progress if there were more latino included as part of the team.
While this location is currently under renovation, the service and food were good and in several instances their menu prices grant more for your money than competing franchises. I look forward to seeing the renovation complete, hopefully their parking situation and drive through will be better accessible when it's all done!
I ordered using their app, went through drive-thru and they accepted my order. Then when I got up to the window, they told me they did not have one of the items. I asked for a refund for that item and they told me I had to request the refund through the app. There is no way to request a refund through the app. You have to contact customer service, but they were closed because it was Friday evening. They had their whole crew up at the window stating they weren’t going to give me a refund. But, why would you accept an order when you know you can’t complete the order. That is theft! I left without taking any of the food because I did not trust them to not spit in my food. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
The food and service are always above par. Although lines are usually long, it proves that their food is always hot and delicious. Please support this location and the great customer service that these young Black people provide!
This is the last time I go to this location. EVERYTIME I have been to this location my order is usually wrong and ALWAYS cold. They really need to do a serious quality control overhaul.

To the night crew on Wednesday, January 26th, 2022. My greatest thanks to all of you. I had a rough, long day at work and I looked forward to eating something quick. I popped in to your location and was greeted by a very eager young lady who took my order, verified it, and I was off. I got to the window and the young man at the cash register was just as pleasant as could be. Wished me well, told me to stay safe and have a great evening. On to my order. The young ladies gathered my order together and with huge smiles handed me my dinner. They also wished me well. All of the employees boosted my mood hugely. They just don't realize the impact they made! So again, my greatest appreciation for all of you, your kindness went a long way and meant the world to me. You are all AWESOME in my book!!!This is my go to location. Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. The food, especially the double baconators, is ALWAYS made well. They are hot and juicy, tasty and delicious, and worth every penny. The cooks should be commended for maintaining consistency in their cooking as well as presentation of the food. I swear my baconator looked like the ones on the TV commercials!My roommate was a McDonald's fan but not anymore!!! It doesn't matter what time of day I stop in, I check in with her first before coming home and she requests the double baconator with fries every time.
Scheduled an UberEats for 2:00pm, by 2:45 they still didn't have my order, a simple combo meal ready. I wound up not receiving my order until 3:00pm, even though my driver arrived at the location at 2:05. I got nothing more than a sandwhich, fries, and a drink, how does that take more than an hour to make?
