We can't recommend Classic Catering enough! This is the fourth time my family has used Classic for a wedding event.They are the easiest and most fun vendor to work. David, Lynn, and Liv are exceptional. We had an at home wedding that came with a lot of logistics and all three of them were always available to us for questions, calls, and emails. They put us at ease throughout the entire planning process. The food and service is superior and we received so many compliments from our wedding guests. I miss working with them but know we will be using Classic for events in our future!
Classic Catering went above and beyond for my daughter's wedding. The signature cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres and seated dinner were all wonderful and the service was impeccable! Classic Catering was absolutely amazing. They were extremely easy to work with and were super flexible after postponing our wedding once and then changing venue somewhat last minute. Going into our engagement and starting the wedding planning process I knew nothing about wedding catering. Lynn took the time to understand my vision for the wedding in terms of food service type, food selection, linens, chairs, etc. Lynn and Olivia also worked closely with my wedding planner behind the scenes to make sure everything was prepared for the big day. Lynn and Olivia have a phenomenal eye for design, layout, food service, and cohesiveness. I can say without a doubt that our food was the best food I have ever had at a wedding. We have received SO MANY compliments on every aspect of our food and drink service. The passed hors d'oeuvres were a HUGE hit, along with our stations, and the signature drinks. We were also blown away by the classic catering service team. Absolutely best service. We absolutely LOVED getting to work with Lynn and Olivia.
This is our 3rd wedding catered by Classic Catering and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them, their staff and the food!! Everything is always perfect and every request is met with a yes and a smile. From the appetizers, to the main and then to the dessert, it is all fantastic. Thank you David, Liv and Lynn, bartender Ron and all the staff for making it a memorable evening!! So sad it's over as I miss talking to all of you!
From our tasting till our send-off brunch, the Classic Catering People were amazing! Special shout-out to Bobby and Amelia for their fantastic service and planning. We got SO many compliments at our wedding on the quality of the food, the great waitstaff, and the bartenders. Bobby and Amelia made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend this catering company!
I highly recommend Classic Catering. They were very easy to work with in coming up with an appropriate menu and they were very accommodating when we had to make changes in quantities twice. The food was fabulous - extremely well prepared, beautifully presented, and simply delicious. The quantities were generous so we ended up eating leftovers twice - they were just as tasty.
Classic Catering People did a great job with my wedding from the planning stages to the execution of the event! I didn't have a wedding planner or coordinator (my friends helped me out), but Sara was able to work with me despite that. Sara was so nice and helpful! The food was delicious and beautiful to look at (especially the hors d'oeuvres). Our guests raved about the food. The catering staff on the day of the event were very professional.
The guests at our wedding raved about the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is that the coordinators cut corners on wishes that I clearly articulated meant a lot to me. They delivered substitutes on the day without notifying us. After all the thorough planning, it’s too late by the wedding, and it’s a disappointment to see less than what we trusted them to deliver. They used plates that were not the ones I ordered and I even drove to their office to confirm…I asked for garlic knots for the table for my Italian family and they delivered one sterile looking breadstick that no one touched, I also asked for my vegetarians/vegans to have their own dish made, being told there was an eggplant plate they make on these occasions, but instead, the coordinator just pointed them to options (mostly sides and a pasta) at the buffet. I was embarrassed. The reception was still beautiful and guests will remember it, but for spending close to $15,000, I thought my voice would be heard on the details…instead I’ve been left with the impression that that our money wasn’t enough to make us special, and they didn’t think we’d notice their substitutions…It was SO much money for us and our time we trusted them with, so their surprise change of our wishes was a bit pretentious and kind of hurt :(
