Food was disgusting . Waitress didn’t even bring my salad first brought out with my food . Had to send food back wasn’t cooked properly

Not many times in my life I have been so uncomfortable. Seated quickly and ordered drinks fairly quickly. Drinks were slow coming, but that’s fine. What stands out now is that my wife and I who are clearly in our 50s, being carded for those drinks and not just a precursory glance, but a deep inspection of our ID glancing from us to our ID and back. ALSO FINE by the way. Do what you need to. Ordered potstickers, ended up served in a white bowl too small for the order, dipping sauce empty because it spilled into the bowl when it was slapped down onto the table. Waitress says , oops, looks like you will need some sauce (it never came) nor did plates, or any utensils to eat with. Meal is served much later. (Still no utensils) and it looks like a disaster. My wife ordered the slammer board, but the coleslaw was dropped on the board direct (no dish) and the Coleslaw dressing running all over both the board and now the table. I ordered the bucket of bones, wings were half cooked (tacky) but the ribs looked good. They were just served cold. Even the fries were so cold they were limp. I just asked for the check, and stated I would pay for drinks only , since that is all we could partake of without utensils I had asked for at least three times. The waitress was cheerful about this request , she had the manager come over and adjust the bill who also cared nothing for why we were asking for the bill to be adjusted. I haven’t often been made to feel this way in my life, but I got the overwhelming feeling we were treated this way on purpose. Lack of melanin in the skin maybe ? Do not want to leave out the huge smile and a “have a nice day” as we left the table. I will. And will never darker the doorstep again.
Ever been to one of these before but it was all right actually wasn't bad wasn't expecting much but actually kind of exceeded my expectations. It was pretty good the food was delivered quite fast to the table even though there was quite a amount of people there and the service was friendly. And bathrooms were clean and so was the other part of the restaurant that I could see at least.
I had the best food and service here. I visited another Friday’s location a few weeks ago and that location didn’t come close to the Owings Mills locations service and food quality. I literally had appetizers and drinks on my table within 15 mins of being there. My dinner didn’t take long either. 10/10 would recommend. I usually enjoy the food here but during this last visit I wasn't as pleased. Myself and my guest commented on how bland the food was and the alcoholic beverages were not at their usual best. Our server, Bryan gets a shot out because he was the best. He was the perfect blend of comedic and professional with efficiency and attentiveness.
Server started off great. We were in MD for a family birthday. Ordered to chips and salsa appetizer. There were 6 of us and when the order came it was the tinest pile of broken pieces coated in pepper and a tiny dish of salsa. Horrible! We mentioned to our server that this is not normal. She said there was nothing she could do. Manager would not come to see us. Each meal was a mess. Loaded potato skins had a drop of cheese and a sliver of bacon. Wings were the smallest we have ever seen anywhere. Sizzling chicken and cheese was served burnt to dish. Cheeseburgers were to be well-done but rare. Could not get the app to come up on our phones so no discounts were givenStill no manager. Never again at this store. The birthday meal was horrible and no one at the restaurant helped.
The staff were all very friendly from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Service was quick. The food came out in good time and was very delicious. The whole place was kept clean and had a pleasant atmosphere, as well.
Oh My Goodness, I ordered a cup of hot tea, they brought me hot water in a soda glass, they had no coffee/tea cups. Brought out plastic utensils , had no utensils clean. This is what the waitress told us!!
