They always messing up my order. Had to get my tacos made 3 times! Smh Even though they barely put anything on it but lettuce. The last time I went I had over looked that they forgot 1 the items I ordered. After an hour or so went by, I then realized I was missing something ..I called hella times no answer! After I got there I asked the guy was that the number to the store, he said he didn't know. The manager was too busy to speak with me as well. Just know I got a refund before I left there! I hate this Location!!

Its taco bell! Service here is good the food here is good the demeanor of the employees as good as well. If five star was unbelievable almost unobtainable this would be three and a half Stars. I find that their breakfast sandwich is very exceptional. It's called the Crunchwrap it's 660 calories and enough to get you going! I remember Taco Bell in the mid-80s it was a novel concept for sure

If I were to write a review before today (3/17/2022), it would have been a 4 or 5 star review, but today was crazy. I ordered at the drive thru, they got my drink right but the food was wrong, so I drove back (drove away and checked my food, my mistake, still got back about 10 minutes after leaving.) they knew I got the wrong food, handed me another bag, got to keep the wrong food… but guess what… I STILL GOT THE WRONG FOOD!

They left out items not once, but twice. The second time was after waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. I emailed their customer service both times about the missing items and never heard back either time. I'm generally a very easy going customer, but leaving out items that I paid for and not responding to a complaint about it is very poor customer service. As someone who's worked in the food retail and service industry for over 10 years, that is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location which is disappointing considering it has much better reviews than the one near my house. I've been considering not buying from Taco Bell anymore entirely.

I had a crunch wrap supreme, with black beans & beef, after 2 bites I literally became hot ,cold, nauseous & dizzy. I called 911 and at the moment of their arrival, I was violently vomiting. I started to feel better immediately.

First let me say that I used to consider this one of the better TB restaurants in the area, however that has changed. I went to the drive-through at just after 8pm, they were closed. What kind of TB closes at 8pm. Other TB's not too far away are open much much later. It is crazy that the donut shop up the street is open later than TB. Also, as one review already stated, I have been stuck in one of their never-ending drive-through lines in the past. I would avoid this TB at all costs.

This TACO BELL IS THE WORST. They literally open whenever they feel like It and after 6pmYou cannot order from here because the line is so long. I literally sat in this line for an hour and 30 minutes before. Because they was no way I could back out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

We go to our local TB about once weekly. My kids looooove TB. However at this location (not our usual one) there10 cars in the drive-through.So I went inside. The cashier was training someone else and they were both friendly. There were three people ahead of me. 20 min later, none of the orders were filled. I checked the time on the receipt just to he sure, it was 20 min. They filled all tge drive-through orders first. The cashier was busy so I asked someonein the back "can you tell me how much longer it will be" and they said "I don't know, we're understaffed". Yes I can see that. I also see four other people strolling behind the food stations and a manager in the dining area on the phone. Taking a break- I get it- but during peak lunch? Just give me an estimate- 5 min, 10 min? They could not say. I asked for a refund. Again, the cashier was very friendly. Should've stayed in the drive-through.

Dunno if there was an emergency or what, but the two guys working here around 9pm suddenly opted to close the restaurant even though there were people in the drive-thru line. Would've loved to know that this was happening before we spent 15-20 minutes in line.....Got up to the speaker only to get a "we're closed", and basically have no choice but to remain stuck in line while watching the car in front of us receive food........If something happened, that's fine, but otherwise this was not a very well executed plan, should've maybe blocked off the line first....
