I’ve gone here 3 times and EVERY time they can’t get it right! They are extremely slow and inefficient. You can’t be both, I’d be more than okay if they were slow, and the orders was on point, but they are chaotic in there. I have no clue why this location struggles to successfully keep food in stock, and all drink ingredients, once they make them, they STILL can’t get it made correct
Used to be my go to Starbucks until the moved and added drive thru. I have been to Starbucks everywhere drive thru, walk in etc and never waited as long for a drink. It is ALWAYS an extremely long wait 20+ minutes in drive thru or inside. The servers are always pleasant but as they continued to build up the “St Thomas Center” this team can’t keep up. ADD more staff, limit menu options but do something!
Good service unless it’s short staff. Great place to study. One of the owners did great helping a disabled customer
I never review places, but just a warning that this Starbucks is closed way sooner than what google says. I’ve gone at 4 or 5pm and it’s always closed. When it is open, the line is insanely long and it takes a very long time. The orders I have gotten in the past have also been messed up. The Starbucks itself is beautiful and located in a wonderful location but it’s not worth going to unfortunately.
This Starbucks is trash. They never have anything, they close early most times and those times are inconsistent, and on top of that they mess up drinks. Once I ordered a Toasted White Chocolate Mocha and it was straight milk just about so I had to turn around and go all the way back to get it corrected. What's crazy is they just opened so I'm confused. Just shut it down at this point. If you are looking for a good one just go to the one connected to the Marriott down the street.
I’ve come here twice now during buisness hours and the first time they were just closed the second there are workers inside they just shut down the location without telling anyone why. Very disappointed, it’s like they don’t want any buisness.
I do recommend this Starbucks. Why has this brand new store in St. Thomas shopping center been closed for the last week? Please respond! Thank you
The staff was very friendly. It seem like it's new for some of the staff but they are adjusting well. My order is always right and better than most of the other Starbucks. Thank you ladies and gentlemen.
Crew is really friendly. The barrista that has the beautiful blonde stripes in her hair is a wiz at making a crafted drink perfectLook for her!!!!
Every single time I get a drink with oatmilk, they use whole milk. Not only am I being charged 80cents extra every time but I waste my time having to return for a new one. Just asked them to fix my order and received whole milk again
