Excellent salads and sandwiches
Bartender is the best host
Stanford Kitchen is great for lunch or dinner. They have excellent sandwiches and salads and great entree's for dinner. The menu is seasonal so there is a great interesting and delicious variety all year long. Service is excellent.
Our waitress can take benefit of additional customer service training. We frequent this restaurant often and have been known to tip very well for food service. Most of your long standing servers know us. Body language when dealing with the public goes a long way. Also when ordering champagne or wine, it has been a practice there for the server to pour the tableâs wine when needed. This was not one of our best dining experiences at this restaurant.
This is a nice café-style to white tablecloth place. The food is very tasty and beautifully presented. Our service was good- although several different people besides our waiter brought various things- drinks, appetizers, lime wedges, &/or removed finished plates from the table. All were professional and attentive. I would have rated more categories higher, except that the friendly chatting/ overall noise level was too much for someone with a hearing aid to be able to understand a friend seated 'next to' (not across from) him. No one voice or group stood out. I liked that a real person had pinched the crust on my pot pie, not a machine.
Excellent food and service.
We've been there several times and the food is always great. This last time it was very noisy though.
I had reservations for my wife for her birthday. The waitress was very courteous and informative about the specials and plates on the menu. We ordered wine and our meal came so soon we had not finished the delicious corn bread we got as an appetizer. The Atlantic Salmon was a delight with large portions of side orders. We ended the delightful meal with Key Lime Pie which was also very delicious. I give the ambiance, service and food a Five Star and we will return.
My two daughters and I had a wonderful evening out to dinner and I'm so pleased this nice restaurant is close to Stevenson University where my daughter my attend school.
