The service was slow, the resturant hours were late afternoon, and the sushi was just ok, but was well priced and had good packaging. I had to go back up to the counter to get the rest of our orders so overall we didn't have a very good experience.
as i’m sitting here waiting for my food, they take entirely too long to make and give people their food as if people don’t have places to be. the roll was mediocre and i payed 6 dollars for it. waste of money
Way smaller portions. Every time I go I ask if they can cut the chicken in smaller pieces, they use to get it right but now… no way! The chicken is in huge chunks and the “fried” rice is far from fried. It’s always been a light brown color but now it’s darn near white! I have to ask for 2 extra teriyaki sauces because they put a drop of sauce in the container. They never fill them all the way up. Last time I visited this location I spent 30 minutes waiting for my food. They seem to make all the door dash orders first and to hell with the people waiting in the store. Not to mention they have a wholeeeee new staff in there now, they are young and rude. Let’s put it like this, if your familiar with customer service at Walmart than you can expect the same service here. I don’t see this location lasting much longer if they continue down this path.
My shrimp tempura sushi roll was ice cold and was not made to order! The portions were smaller than usual and the cashier couldn’t clearly understand what I was saying. This place used to be really good and now it sucks. I will go to quickway next time.
I am calling the Health Department and the Better Business Bureau. And if I have to I’m calling a TV station. I ordered Sushi and it’s old prepackaged and disgusting. And there isn’t an adult or owner to refund my money. We are in the middle of a pandemic. You are selling rotten food. Disgusting
I ORDWR FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION. SPENT 35$ AND 1 AND HALF HOUR LATER THEY CANCELED MY ORDER.. BAD SERVICE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I HAPPEN 3 TIMES
Made me wait 45 minutes and gave smaller portion than usual. Place is going downhill fast.

Went to this location for the first time. Food wasnt good. Staff were rude as ever. Young lady at the register was smart. The young guy who gave me my food was rude as well. Didnt even give me plasticware. I had to reach behind the counter myself to get it.
Staff is always very friendly. The food is always hot and fresh.
