We went on Wednesday around 6:45 pm. The manager is top of the line. She saw my son drop his crayons, picked them up, got him new ones, and of course he threw them down again. She was so attentive and genuinely caring. She checked on us throughout and I could really tell she cares about her customers. It really made my day. Our waitresses were also awesome. Someone complained about my baby saying hi to them and the waitresses made sure we were okay, comfortable and enjoyed our visit despite that. The bathroom was very clean which is important and the food was delicious. I always love the service here. Today was our best visit so far from the service to the delicious food.
Less than satisfied. The staff walked over and around napkins and trash on the floor at the Hostess station. Five employees clustered at the Hostess station, but nobody moved to take orders, bring water or advise to who our Server would be. The table was sticky and I used hand sanitizer to wipe it down. Thank goodness for the Bartender. He took great care of my table from water straight through to our take home bags. He saved RL from this review.
I was smashing my coconut shrimp ? until I noticed a bug?, possibly a roach on my plate. I was immediately grossed out. We did get our bill covered by the management but I can't help but to think I ate the bugs sibling. They seriously need an exterminator and a health inspection. My skin is still crawling and I am cooking at home more. Dine at your own risk.
I ordered two entrees, appetizers, and a lobster tail for pickup at 6:15 PM. I arrived on time, but had to wait for twenty minutes until they finally handed me my food. The food was not hot and they did not include any biscuits. Also, they do not offer curbside pick-up, however, I saw them deliver food to a vehicle while I waited for my food. If you want good food and good service, I recommend going somewhere else.
The food was good could have been better. My son's lobster was overcooked so it was tough. The waiter was nice. There was a 20 minute wait and hardly anyone was there. Some staff members used profanity on the dining floor which is unacceptable.
It is maybe the second time in a year that I have gone...I should not have gone. They seem to never have enough staff to work. Tables were not busted. The food was absolutely horrible. The salad seemed old and kinda soggy. The food had no taste. There no silverware on the table. It is my fault for going..I knew better. Not real sure how they stay open.
Food was great. Jordan, our server was great, he was very nice and very accommodating!! We were told the wait would be 40-50 minutes at 7 pm and we didn't even have to wait 20 minutes before we were seated. Our service was really fast, too. We were very pleased!! We went for my daughter's 17th Birthday and even tho they're not currently singing happy birthday due to covid, they still brought her a huge ice cream sundae!! No complaints whatsoever!!
Our waitress was great. New Jersey girl. Smart young lady. The food was great. Had the whole side of area to our selves. Thanks for great experience.
Despite a minor error with my food, our waiter John was very attentive, pleasant and had a great attitude throughout the duration of our stay. John, keep your head up and continue to be kind. Keep up the good work!
I would NEVER AGAIN in life revisit this Red Lobster! So I place an order through Postmates @ around 4:45p. Order was confirmed and ready for pickup around 5:30p. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the rudest and most condescending old lady I've experienced in quite some time! I attempted to show & tell her that I placed my order through Postmates and that it said it's ready for pickup. She was immediately dismissive, claiming that I didn't know what I was talking about and they don't do business thru Postmates. So again I attempted to show her my order on my phone, to which she then insults the quality of my phone and claims she can neither see nor read! By this point I'm beginning to be agitated because I've placed a nearly $80 order and this old lady is acting like she knows nothing!? She continues to be condescending by suggesting maybe I ordered from Olive Garden or Red Robin and not them as if I'm not aware of who I spent $80 with!!?So, a young man overheard my plight with this lady, takes one look at my phone, says I'll check it out. Less than 2 mins later he comes back out...I found your order, they're working on it now and I thank him. Long story short, I'm not sure how this old lady got her position but she stinks at it. That young gentleman who helped me should clearly be in her position! He did what she was completely incapable of doing in less than 2 minutes! Stop "grandmothering and grandfathering" these incapable people in these positions! Spent $80 and was so mad when I left that I lost my appetite!????
