I got the fish sandwich meal with a side of mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were great as they always are. However, I asked for extra mayo and extra pickles on the fish sandwich. Instead, it came with nothing just a dry bun. Also the fish fillet was so incredibly thin (see the picture I've attached, that's after I took off the thick batter, it's ridiculous!) and the batter was undercooked and doughy in the middle. It was inedible and I threw it away. I've always loved their chicken but I won't ever get a fish sandwich from them again.
They can't count , messed my order up I called and they wouldn't answer the phone , they sell chicken from opening to closing time and they can't get and order straight , order a 4 piece and end up with a 2 piece at 4 piece price, check your order before you leave , if you have trouble understanding english at the register->put a person on the register who does
First of all why do this company charge ridiculous amount on their food, when they can’t even provide the right order to their customers. I order chicken rice and beans and I get chicken and rice but no beans.This always happen and getting sick an tired. Either replace your workers or shut it down. This place don’t deserve 1 star it deserve closing period.
Been going to this location for more than 10 years on and off. Just have to understand that wait could be long on certain times of the day- its the same everywhere, other than that service is good, employees tries to do their best to deliver orders promptly, food is hot, fresh, clean dining area
Been going here 2 years. Drive through is fast but here lately forgetting sauce or straw.I asked for 2 sauces didn't receive any luckily I checked. Manager would only give me one so I had to ask if I could buy one, crazy. I give up, going to Chick-fil-A from now on for that special treatment. Uhum, I mean normal good customer service that no one seems to get anymore.
The wait inside was fast. My chicken was fresh n good, da biscuit ws hard. Check your bag for you leave. I was disappointed, due to this place food overall is good.OVER COOK BISCUITFEB 2022
I ordered a big meal for 6 people. They forgot one of the meals and would not answer the window to correct it once they handed me the bulk of the food. I had to circle back around for them to acknowledge my existence. After we ate 3 out of the 6 people got sick from the food.
Compared to other stores, they got my order right, my food was hot and customer service was awesome. Oh and it was later at night!?
Bought the spicy chicken strip. They were fresh and I swear there were more than four! Satisfied customer!
