Panera bread happens to be my little ones favorite, this time my eldest treated me to a birthday lunch(wish I'd of known of Bday Perks prior lol)it was clean, fast-paced ,cashier was so helpful and patient with my son who could never figure out what he wants to eat!?Our order was simple and delicious, chicken breast sandwiches w/chips and 2 Mango drinks. We were going eat in, and decided it was absolutely a beautiful day,why not change the order to go(to make it easy with disposing of our items when we were finished. There were two young ladies in the back when picking up we told one of them of our change of minds, well lets just say that obviously was too much trouble for her as she rolled her eyes and handed it to a nicer young lady who had no problem, with such a minor change.I took one star off for her attitude, I just want young people to know ,that just because we look the same WE are not the same, get your attitude together, everyone is irreplaceable.
Yes the food was good. Clean location, but it is in a bad location. Not enough space around here and when it gets crowded in the area, it gets crowded. Would always be better to get your order to go.
Employees are mad dry here. You go up to the register to order and the employees ( mostly the females everytime ) don’t even say nothing no hi hello nothing. they just stare u dead in ur face til u say something. weird. Food is real good tho.
Have been to many Paneras during peak times and today was just unsatisfactory. The manager Chris was rude to an older woman who had been waiting 45 mins for her dine in meal. They also forgot some of my order after waiting 25 mins.

We both had the half sandwich and soup with a drink. The soups we chose were very good, though a bit salty. We both had the turkey avocado BLT and that's where the lunch went sideways. The sandwich was kind of slapped together and the bread didn't hold up. Not a $30 lunch ..nope
Male manager was rude when returning a brownie I did not enjoy. The cashier was sweet but he was rude
Daughter LOVES Panera Bread. Me, not so much. Place is always well lit and clean. Great place to hold a small informal meeting. Daughter got her usual grilled cheese sandwich. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup. There was more broth than chicken or noodles. The French baguette that came with it was hard. I warmed both when I got home (8 minutes away). Still unimpressed. I'll let my daughter continue to have the fun of going to Panera Bread.
