DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE COUPONS, THEY WILL NOT APPLY THEM AND WILL CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE AND REFUSE TO REFUND YOU, EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE SHOWING THEM THE COUPON!!! I do not understand why in this area the fast food restaurant staff are so incompetent and refuse to go out of there way to make anything right. I went there this evening to mainly get a milkshake, of course the milk shake machine was down (it always is down here). I then ask for two large fries and a 20 piece nugget. I had a coupon on my phone and was using the drive-thru code through the mobile app to apply that coupon and pay. For some reason, (not their fault) the coupon did not apply and I was charged full price. I inform the worker that my coupon code did not go through and she says, you must’ve used points. No, ma’am, I showed her the coupon and she still wanted to argue about the points. I do not use points, I have over 20k points, I wanted the coupon and a refund for the fries. They refused to issue the refund, so now I have to reach out to corporate. I will NEVER go to this McDonalds again and I will make sure that everyone knows that they do not honor coupons!
New Town McDonald's is horrible.I've given them multiple chances, and I'm just done. The quality of this location is not good at all.I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder for my mother, and as soon as I got home to fix my mother's plate, this picture shows what I received.No lettuce, tomato, etc., just onions and a squirt of ketchup.
Dear McDonalds, please make sure to do some adds, encouraging people to not throw garbage at the street. YOUR type of COSTUMERS tends to be rude, so it’s up to you to teach them..that after you eat, you need to put it in the trash can, not all over the street. We only have one planet, be part the solution. ??
Absolute worst. Placed an order tonight with my reward, just to be told there wasn't any nuggets. The manager than removed that deal. Another 5 minutes later I was told they do have it and since it was their error it's on them just let the person at the next window know. I handed my receipt to one employee and explained about my nuggets deal. Another employee handed me my order with out the nuggets. So Another employee comes to the window with an attitude asking what I was waiting for. I told her about the nuggets mix up and she rolled her eyes and got the rest of my meal than I asked for barbecue for my 20 piece nuggets well she returned with 2 and had just nasty energy. Employees like this shouldn't work the window. I won't be returning to this location oh yeah the wait was like 25 minutes.
Downgrading to 1 star!Management AWOL and don't answer phones.Constantly getting wrong orders and no management available. Waste of money! Need to hire local management who identify with customers or take pride in "righting the ship". Horrible! And they get pretty good support from neighborhood. Horrible ownership & management.
I went through the drive through, went on the road and began eating my food. I couldn't believe they gave me a larger box of cold broken up fries and a dry chicken sandwich with no mayo, lettuce or tomatoes. If I wasn't on the road I would have carried it back. I was so mad ? that they took money for that. I will NEVER STOP THERE AGAIN!!!
During each of my previous visits as well as this one, customer service is not their primary goal. Often long waits when using either online or mobile orders, each visit inside reflected a disorganized staff.
Double cheese was cold, fries were cold. Nuggets tasted refried, made me sick, everything in my stomach was purged! Ugly!
Good meal. Bought a big Mac and I love it. My kids love the happy meal.
Only can use drive through. Long lines. Service is slow. Been to this McDonald's 2x and out of diet coke.
