The guy taking order at the drive-thru was so rude when I requested for some napkins also after taking my order ,he returned my card and closed the window and never mentioned if I was to wait or not,he just left ,after some minutes I beckoned him and from afar he was demonstrating the pizza wasn't ready, he didn't even bother to come to the window to explain...extremely unprofessional and when I asked for napkins he said in a very rude manner. If he's having a bad day then he shouldn't be at the drive-thru..I went back few days after ,he was so apologetic .
