This Kung Fu Tea has succeeded in turning me away from the entire franchise for life. If you don't want the full story, awful food, horrible service, way overpriced.We showed up an hour before they closed. Waited in line for 45 minutes, and they only allowed half our group of FOUR PEOPLE to order food. They messed up our orders, somehow putting 4 drinks on one order, and it came out to $35 a person. We get home, we're missing food we paid for, and we're finally greeted by a soggy bland mess. Honestly I'd rather eat McDonald's that someone stepped on than this place. At least it wouldn't cost me 70 dollars and take an hour to get. Never again.
Waited 20 minutes in line to order food and then was told they stopped serving food when it was my time to order. The three people in front of me were able to order.
My wife and I went here last week to try a new bubble tea place. My wife ordered a taro milk tea and it tasted terrible. The bubbles were coffee flavored and the drink itself tasted like dishwater. (best way to describe the horrible taste) I ordered the winter melon and it had almost no syrup in it and also tasted similar to dishwater. We also ordered two of the crunchy cheese curds thinking for $4 each they would be decent sized only to find out they give you 5 tiny cheese curds. I would highly suggest going to any other bubble tea place if you want to actually enjoy your drink. Learned my lesson about going to a chain.
My family and I loved this place when it first opened. Unfortunately, the last several times I ordered for my family and myself, there was something wrong with at least one of the drinks. Today, there was something wrong with each of them. They were murky looking, tasted strange (we always order one of a handful of drinks and know what they typically taste like), and one was missing one of the toppings we paid for. Of course, we didn’t know this until we got home and we weren’t about to drive all the way back there. We’re done patronizing this business. It’s a shame they have slid so far downhill.
The teas are fantastic, but the YKK Chicken sandwich is by far the best chicken sandwich ever! Far surpasses Chick Fil-a and Popeyes!!
Love love ! The app is so convenient and they’re super quick to have everything ready! Their coffees are absolutely delicious , I’d recommend adding a milk cap to their hot drinks !
I had a very negative experience at this place today. They made a drink that I didn't like at all, however after I complained, the lady just told me that she can't do anything about that since it's their bestseller. She refused to remake it and refund me. She said that it is my problem that I don't like the drink and I have to pay to get a new one. Although I was never completely satisfied with this place, I was used to go there almost every day and spent like $200 a month. However, after I experienced how they treat their regular customers, I will find another place to go to and spent my money.
I just want to share my frustration and disappointment with this place. I love the grape popping bubbles, however for weeks they have been out of them. About a week ago, in my lunch break, I made a trip to get my favorite bubble tea, however they were out of both the mango and the grape popping bubbles. They even dared to tell me that they may have them delivered in the back, but won't check. I think the customer service is bad, but it only reflects the bad management. Also, when I usually go, they don't have any other customers, however I still end up waiting for 10 minutes for my tea.
Great Place, nice and clean, and the customer service is amazing! My orders are never wrong.
