Most unnecessarily stressful customer service experience I've had in years. Our order was essentially the same as always at any Krispy Kreme. 1 dozen assorted. The guy at the register was so rude and lackluster that he completely miscommunicated our order to the person filling the box. Eventually, he gave up and walked away so the other guy had to come to the register. He was so thoroughly confused by his coworker's misdirection that we had to explain our order three more times. I even wrote it out for him and it still came out incorrectly. Also, we were told that 2 of the donuts we wanted were out. How are they out if they're sitting right there in the display case? I almost wish we had walked out immediately as soon as we were confronted with the initial rudeness rather than paying $13.99 for nothing but stress and an incorrect order.
Haven't been to a Krispy Kreme in years. Wow, have they gone downhill!! Donuts are HORRIBLE. The standard glazed are still soft but have a weird taste, almost chemically. The creme filled, the creme was very sparse and what was there was dried out around the edges. Chocolate covered glazed were ok. Drive thru is designed so that you're stuck in line and can't get out if it's moving slow. Won't be going back anytime soon.
Donuts we're great, young lady at the counter was wonderful. Only complaint is the coffee was barely warm. Love Krispy Kreme let's get one in Westminster Maryland.
I would show you a picture, but we ate all the donuts! They were SO good! And better yet, the staff was amazing a d incredibly helpful.Definitely will be back

We went to this location previously and were disappointed because they didn't have my wife's favorite, raspberry filled doughnuts. This time they didn't have any on the shelf. I asked if they had any in the back and we were told that they were just about to fill some freshly baked doughnuts and if we were willing to wait a few minutes they would hook us up with a fresh 3 pack... Say less, we were out with the goods before you could spell KRISPY KREAM...
A pattern of horrible Customer Service and none of the employees know anything about the hot light hours. Website says 4-10pm and its now almost 6pm and still no hot light or fresh donuts to look forward to. This is so sad. This donut shop needs to close up shop and just sell their donuts at grocery stores. Absolutely no use if this store almost never has their hot light hours. I didn’t even want to give any stars but I had to in order to give a review.
My app was being weird and would not show my freebie for my birthday so, they refused to give me a birthday freebie. I tried showing them my ID, an email showing I was a part of their system, and showing them how the app was acting strange but they refused to give me the freebie. Instead, they wanted me to call corporate for a coupon. I don’t even care that I did not get the freebie, I could have bought 10 dozen donuts if i wanted to. The issue is how rude they were and how they refused to believe that it was my birthday even though I exhausted every way of telling them it truly was. Furthermore, it makes no sense for me to argue on the phone with corporate when they could literally handle it on their own. I hope they learn to prioritize and get some manners.
This Krispy Kreme really cares about helping our youth and fundraising. My daughter’s dance studio does a yearly fundraiser. The staff here is always so helpful and friendly. Miss Jackie is a gem! Thank you for aways being a joy to work with!
This Krispy Kreme is terrible. I'm not sure if it used to be good in the past but since about May 2021 they have struggled to have fresh donuts! The only time the light is on is around 6/7am. For the past 2 months they haven't even had any glazed. How does a Krispy Kreme run out of glazed. Then I was told that the machine was down. This was about a month ago that the machine was down (and it seems that it has not been fixed) so instead, they started selling donuts out of the boxes that you would purchase by the dozen (aka not freshly made in the store).I'm just waiting for the day that this location closes down.
