Worst Jersey Mikes’s ever! I placed an order on their app, was supposed to pick up at 6:14 PM on July 7th. I went there waited until 6:34 PM and my food was not even made yet! They served all the walk in customers who came after me first and didn’t even bother to even start my order! It was way faster if I wouldn’t bother order ahead! They were rude and very laid back about this, didn’t even apologize!
If I could give zero stars I would have. I placed an online order. I have worked the fast food / restaurant industry most of my life and this is by far the worst service I have EVER RECEIVED. Jersey Mike's has to get their corporate office in here or something. This place is slow and the employees seem to find it funny with no urgency. I ordered 4 subs, it’s taken over an hour. I’m on my lunch break. Completely disappointing, almost $60 in food and over an hour wait. I will never order from here again.
Wow! Fully staffed place with great employees. Manager went out of his way to accommodate my order and truly hooked it up!Thank you so much for providing such an amazing service and thank you for all of your employees being friendly!Please come get your sandwich or sub from this location, you will not be disappointed.
I have been a regular customer at this location for years, but hadn't been in recently. Today, as soon as employee Monay saw me walk in the door, she smiled and said "Hi! your regular #7 is already in process". Not only did she remember what I always ordered, but she knew that I prefer swiss cheese, rather than the provolone that typically comes on it. I was shocked that she knew the order of a customer who hadn't been there in several weeks. It totally made my day! And by the way, your subs are the best around. No one else holds a candle to Jersey Mike's. Thanks for the wonderful customer service!
First Jersey Mike's I have been too that I wasn't pleased with. When I walked in, there were a bunch of kids behind the counter dancing and playing.It was a lot of trash on the floor behind the counter.I was told that the only bread they had was wheat bread. I saw different kinds of bread but it seem like they were holding them for their online orders.Besides my bread being on the stale side the sub was okay but the worst I've had from Jersey Mike's ,just thrown together . Also a woman was there waiting before I got there ,ten minutes after I was waiting she was looking for her order that the cashier didn't remember taking. She left without anything. This Location needs some Order. .
Walked into my first Jersey Mikes last Thursday because my mother raving about how goo they were. So fast forward to Tuesday the 5th I decide to give them a try and was blown away. Super forward fast forward to today the 7th of April I visit again. My customer service sucked, the kid making my food literally was throwing it together. I had to speak up and ask him to remove the heavy amount of lettuce he threw onto my sandwich. My wife and I sat back in awe of what were seeing. We got the food and left, I stopped to mission bbq and got food and carried on. Definitely need a few things tightened on the counter work
Food was delicious!! Service. ..not so much. Too much playing, conversation amongst employees while the customer waits for service and food. Will not go back to this location. Shame on you Jersey Mike!!
Staff is great and the cheese steak subs are the best!
I've never had a good experience at this reisterstown location. The cheese steak sub I had was cold. Shortly after a coworker actually told me not to eat the meat because she's seen it molded before. Idk what that's all about but I'll never waste my money here again. For the price I felt like I was ripped off.
I enjoyed it. Quick and convenient. No complaints about the food and the service. I'll definitely return.
