This restaurant is usually sparsely populated. I really think corporate should give this a once over. It's in a great location but there's no advertising and the management could be more invested. That being said, the food is amazing whether you eat in or have it delivered. The omelets are cooked beautifully! Thank you to the kitchen staff. And to Deja, the lovely young server I had this evening. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. It was MUCH appreciated. You made the dining experience all the more lovely. Ask for her, you won't be disappointed!
Well... unfortunately, IHOP is still IHOP. I ordered the blueberry French toast with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and meat. According to the picture, the French toast was perfectly brown.Upon arrival, the French toast was white, a little brown on one edge, and wet in the middle. The replacement blueberry pancakes were SOAKED on top with a DOUBLE helping of blueberry compote and whipped cream. (My waitress did not inform about these toppings, when she suggested them.) The top pancake was melted into the bottom pancake...just a wet mess.?. I could go on about the service, etc., however, I have given them enough energy. You get the idea. Just IHOP.
This place always gets something wrong with my online orders. Missing sides or wrong requested ingredients. The last time I ordered curbside pickup and I had to go inside the store because after calling three times somebody finally picked up but never got my food to the car. And there were still missing sides! Update: seriously, what happened to this place? Ordered again after more than a month and they got the order wrong again. There's only one family in the whole place on a Friday at 7:30 PM. It'll close soon.
Staff here is hands down all star. I haven't been out to a restaurant that good food AND good service in a long time. It was raining and staff made sure floor was mopped of water. They had hot, fresh coffee. Food was cooked perfectly. The server Darrian came from another section to take our order, so we didn't have a long wait. Music was good. The new menu items were impressive. Idk if I been sleeping on IHOP or this staff just set it off... I suspect both.
My family and I decided to go to breakfast before my induction as I am currently pregnant along with my 3 year old daughter . The wait was 30 minutes which was expected for a Sunday morning . Upon seating we waited 20 minutes to only receive my daughters juice and didn’t receive our drinks until another 15 minutes later . We ordered our drinks and food at the same time after an hour we still had not received our food . After making a complaint to the people at the front , they bought our food out which had hot plates but the food was cold. My waffles were hard and cold and my tenders were only hot from the plate. We left extremely disappointed and returned all the food . I’m currently on my way to the hospital eating fast food.
Worst ihop ever, i ordered curbside pickup at 10:30 am. Got a notification online at 10:45 saying my meal was ready got there, called them. They said they needed 10 more minutes which was fine ended up waiting 30 mins. I called back they proceed to tell me they are “looking for my order”. Took them a for 20 mins and it still wasn’t ready. I left them sat on hold for about 35 mins to get a refund and they still couldn’t do that. I had to ask to talk to a manager about 5 times before i could get to that point neve again. Took almost 2 hours to talk to a manager. And get a refund
We arrived and waited for 45 minutes to be seated and two hours without any food. Once asking the food was delivered cold- we returned it. Terrible experience will not return
Good variety menu, servers were nice, good location, could be very busy on certain times. Food was good, no issues with service. Well designed Bathroom (mens) , but could use a bigger trash can inside, and frequent checks to make sure its clean

Good service and food came out quickly. I enjoy a IHOP on occasion but for me, it is never as good as I remember when I first used to came to the US. But still, left me feeling very full!
