Amazing experience!! The food was amazing and the service was top quality. I’m very picky about restaurants but I would come back here time and time again! So happy that I found this little hidden gem. And they use biodegradable boxes!
The food was good but the restaurant was really old and I don't think it has ever been updated. They need to remodel immediately. It was dark and dingy.
I have been a customer of Ginza for a few years, but within the last 6 months I have been 3 times for dinner and the experience was horrific!!!! Most recently I took my mother on this past Monday for dinner around 6pm, the upkeep of the restaurant is despicable. Food all over the floor the table areas around the grill hadn't been cleaned before they were seating us. I had to ask the host to wipe the table because it was sticky..... The service is slow, they never have enough waitstaff. The staff that are there are always rushed because they're trying to do way too much at one time.Ohhhh... I forgot to mention the plates they gave us had dried food on them., requested new plates because they acted like they didn't see the rice stuck to the plates!!I only gave 2 stars because the food is decentI strongly recommend carry-out!!!!
Reserved dinner for 20 people for me & my fiance bday celebration. 5 minutes after being seated, me and 3 guest were asked to wait outside bcuz she didn't want too many ppl. Come to find out she also had all my guest waiting outside. It was almost impossible to get water, most drink orders were mixed up, and to top it off she had the nerve to Abruptly go to another table to take drink orders. The drinks were not as described on menu, and she kept lying to me about why it was taking sooo long to get a chef to cook. Food wasn't bad, but not an experience worth $1800 !!
This is the worst hibachi I’ve ever had! The cook was terrible. The food wasn’t very seasoned. My shrimp were burnt. The sushi had old avocado in it! I will never eat here again!
Average place. They need to add sauce to the food and give more yumm yumm sauce. I'd say about a 6
Very good food at a reasonable price
The food was okay. I have definitely had better hibachi. It took a LONG time for the chef to get to us, not sure how many were working this night. Let me back up, no one gave us a menu, I had to get one myself. And I guess because we were there so long the waitress came out with take home boxes almost as a soon as our food was prepared. We had to tell her we just got our food.
I used to love this place today I had one of the worst experiences here… the waiters were so rude they rushed you to order NOTGINF WAS right they made you what they wanted and then try to act like they can’t understand you please don’t waste your time this place has really gone down hill
fantastic had a great Valentine’s Day there. great service I did need another shot of liquor in my drink. could not taste the alcohol.
