The burger buns are really soft. So, once you add toppings (ketchup, cheese, tomatoes, and grilled onions on mine) it is a soggy mush burger. The burger itself didn't have much flavor. The Cajun fries and chocolate oreo shake was good.My husband ordered a hotdog with grilled onions, mayo, mustard, and relish. He had to toss the bun because it was so soggy.The burgers were a tad pricey for it to be so disappointing (for example, $10 for a hamburger burger with mayo, lettuce & tomatoes).
Great food, solid experience, but was pretty expensive for a burger and fries. I got a "little cheeseburger", a "little fry" and a "small drink" and it cost $17.99.I suppose that is a premium cost for for quality food.
The food was great we had stopped going because it seemed the quality had gone down glad to see it hasn't.
Definitely didn’t taste or feel like a five guys but I guess it’s almost what I expected. It’s al good fries were hot and fresh but, my burger just didn’t say five guys. It was thick and my cheese wasn’t melted at all.
Excellent service , wait time for food after placing my order was great less than 10 minutes

Haven't been to 5 guys in Owings Mills I went there My sandwich did not have what I asked for on it it had 1 mushroom 1 green pepper lettuce tomato Mayonnaise and ketchup When I think of a sandwich I think of a sandwich with several mushrooms fried onions everything is a sandwich to me me but I have to say I spoke to a manager there it's bull manager there and she was very very caring and who carried next time I was in the area she would correct the problem so I'm willing to give it a second shot it could have just been they had a new person working I don't know but I'm not gonna say that the food's not good there because the food is Wonderful is this the way the sandwich was made
Fries over cooked. They did follow directions on what to put on my burger.. It was terrible. Never again all that money for poor food
What can you say about 5 Guys?Damn good burgers and the gracious amount of fries they give you.Staff is super friendly everything I visit this place.
If you are it to burgers this is the best place to go to. Fresh made burgers the staff work hard and fast with great customer service...
