I’ve been to every Mexican restaurant in the area over the years and this is my favorite. This place qualifies as a “Dive” but I kind of feel bad calling it that because it is actually a nice little place and the employees are friendly and hard working. The menu is appealing and the meat quality is very good for this type of place. I usually get a mix of tacos and they are almost always all good. The tortillas are excellent and I like that they come with a roasted jalapeño and onion.
Had the fajita salad on the menu but when I ordered they said they didn't have it anymore. Ordered the house salad instead, what came out was a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce topped with grilled shrimp, a few radishes, a few tomato slices, avocado, and a packet of Ken's ranch. Disappointed. Used some green salsa as dressing instead of the ranch. It was ok. The shrimp and the salsa were the highlights, the iceberg was not.
I have been looking for a place like this ever since I moved to Owings Mills. Quaint little hole in the wall spot serving authentic Mexican food at reasonable prices. The carne asada tacos were delicious and the horchata was flavorful and not watered down like I've had at some other places. Would have given a full five stars but felt that the beans could have had more flavor and seasoning to them. I got takeout but the interior was pleasant so I am looking forward to dining in next time. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The birria tacos were tiny and tasteless. The pupusas were basically just flour. If you’re looking for some authentic Spanish food/birria tacos, go to el taquito leon food truck down the street.
Baaaby! This is as authentic as it gets. We have ordered carry out twice and have not been disappointed. The burritos and street tacos are delicious! My favorite Mexican restaurant in the area!
If your looking for an authentic experience, don't side step Bachata over tho El Cabrito Mexican Grill.Seriously, the food is Fiya.

I went there with family and friends and I ordered the marisco soup but it was super spicy not good at all and my wife ordered the 3 animals meal it was really bad the chicken smells like was cook a week ago and we ask to remove it and they add camarones but they left some chicken under the pork and when she remove the pork you can see like sticky stuff really bad my wife stomach was really bad she didn't eat the food because she got sick they still charge for the food but we won't go back to that place I went because I always get tacos from there before and the tacos always good but today was a really bad disappointment
