The only thing I ordered was a hot coffee with cream and sugar. How hard is it to put sugar in coffee??? So busy talking at the window and I wasn't able to get what I paid for. Now I have to find another place and pay more money because a simple task was too hard to complete.

The service here is terrible. Literally called to see if they had dairy free ice cream and the worker straight up told me that the baskin Robbins workers don’t usually answer because customers have attitudes… I asked if he could tell me and he said he couldn’t and I asked if he could possibly put me on with someone who works in the baskin Robbins portion and he hung up.

I arrived at 5:40AM drive thru NO ONE EVER CAME OVER THE MIC TO TAKE MY ORDER! I drove to the window a female worker was mopping the floor! Another male worker grabbed the mop and the female worker is no longer in site. THEY SEE ME AT THE WINDOW and other cars are behind me NO ONE SAYS A THING The dude is mopping the floor. He then goes to the back - I then see him carrying 3 gallons of milk or cream. HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS does some stuff on the computer that takes my order AS IF I HAVEN’T BEEN WAITING FOR NEARLY 10 MINUTES. Where is the SERVICE - NO APOLOGY - NO NOTHING. Where is the accountability. I Meet my running partner early and this is my go to Dunkin for my quick energy boost small coffee cream and sugar $2. I will go some place else and pay $5 if I can drive up get my coffee and go! I am so disappointed this is a new Dunkin! Not a good look!!!!

Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher is super tasty and refreshing. Will get again. And I can’t wait to try the Pineapple Lemonade one.

I try to give places multiple chances. I order the sweet tea and it wasn't sweet. I got hot chocolate today because I was out in the cold all day and wanted to warm up. They hand me a cup which they clearly spilled liquid down the side. I would have complained but I had to visit my sick grandma and was in a rush. Bottom line don't go here and just go to the one that's down the street you're better off.

This place has its moments, depending on who's working there you can get a proper order made and given to you in a timely manner. Otherwise, you're standing around waiting for someone to do their job because there's no communication and lazy workers. There are numerous times where the employees do not wash their hands properly, do not clean their kitchen utensils properly, or their stations properly. I have seen one employee drop the ice scoop on the floor and toss it back into the ice bin. I have also seen same employee drop food onto the floor and throw it back into the drawers where the food is stored. I've seen multiple employees touch food with their bare hands. The coffees are fine as long as YOU know how to make your drink. This location also brings in many rude and arrogant customers. They are very combative, dismissive, or downright rude if the employees try to help them. The donut racks are always disorganized depending on who is working. I could go on. I would really like to give this place a higher rating but the lack of organization, rude customers, and disregard for sanitation is highly concerning

These are the hash browns I just ordered and paid for. Literally 6 in there and they are all burnt. Not to mention the croissant I got is also burnt. Never going back to this location

Gets very busy in the morning but the staff was great at keeping things in order and getting customers their orders in a timely manner.

I walked in the store at 10:27am and stood at the counter. The young woman walked over to the register and just stared at me, no greeting. I told her what I wanted and she made it. She then proceeded to place it on the next counter over and walked away, I said have a nice day. I got an eye roll from her and one of the other employees did say have a nice day. I know it sounds like I'm in my feelings over something small but I do believe you should be friendly in customer service

In the morning the wait is extremely long and they've messed up my order twice now..they used to have a system to keep the line moving but im not sure what's going on these days. Staffing appears to be the same...?
