Ordered curbside from this location and provided my car make and color. I noticed the guy behind the counter looking directly at me because I was parked right in front of the window. The last customer left out and no one was in the restaurant.The order was taking a long time so I went in to investigate. He apologized and said something about not being able to find my car. I stated I'm parked right in front of the door. No one is even in the store and it didn't dawn on you to walk out and ask me, I was sitting right there. He lied because we made eye contact through the glass when I was sitting in the car and he didn't want to bring my order to me because he saw that I African American. I will never visit this Dunkin Donuts again...Ever!
I ordered doughnuts and this is what I got after making me wait for two hours, this is delivered to me like what is wrong with you!
I would give no stars if I could. I entered at 7:40pm and was asked if I was paying by card or cash as soon as I walked in the door. I had both, but assumed she wanted credit card as she was already counting the money in the register (and during COVID, most stores are only requesting card payment). She yelled at me, “No, No, No!” I asked her not to speak to me or treat me that way and I left. I was disappointed of her behavior Beware of the terrible customer service here.

More than 20 minutes before closing, and I could not get a coffee. Huge pet peeve of mine when stores close down before they are actually closed. She was already counting her till.
I have regularly gone to this Dunkin' over the past few years, and it's been one of my favorite Dunkin's!But since they renovated into a new Dunkin', service and quality have taken a downturn. The quality of items I order has not been great lately, and I have been waiting longer for my items. My last visit consisted of a ten-minute wait for an iced coffee drink.I'm thinking that until this Dunkin' can adapt to the new changes, I should stop coming.
The Midnight dark roast was terrific. The staff was pretty distracted although there more of them than customers. Could've been a few trainees in the mix.
Went to get snacking Bacon and they said they were closing so he couldn't make it you would think after the pandemic they would want to get all of the money coming to them SMH just sad nobody wants to do there job
Was served cold food that should have been hot. .
They always have fresh donuts
