I went to this Dunkin at around 9 and the doors were locked. There were 5-6 people in there sitting at tables, laughing and it didn't look like they worked there. I ended going to another Dunkin but if you're hours are saying that you're open until 9:30, then it needs to be honored. Otherwise, you guys should change your hours and not have people waste their time assuming you're open when you should be and then get there and it's closed early.
I truly hate this Dunkin. They are forever getting my order wrong and charging me incorrectly. The only way I've found yo avoid that is by ordering through the app which wasn't working this morning. I've spoken to the manager twice already and that only results in temporary solutions.
Ready good in the morning but at night No good sorry but true...
I'd be able to come here every day if they opened at 5. Most construction jobs open at 6, and the average MD commute is 30 minutes. So if you want to be on time you can't stop to get coffee or breakfast here.
Places the order on UberEats. Ordered the Maple Bacon breakfast sandwich with white cheddar & untoasted muffin because I don’t eat the bread & it makes it easier to get all of the cheese. I got 4 pieces of bacon (really 2 pieces cut in 1/2), yellow cheese & toasted bagel. How is this the same sandwich?

DO NOT GO HERE! You ever just think, maybe that person is having a bad day and then go back the next day and try it again? Don’t, the past six times I went here (in the afternoon/evening) my drinks have been made incorrectly. I pay extra money to get extra shot and the drinks always come out looking like straight up milk.I went this evening and ordered a Pumpkin Latte with an extra shot of espresso. I ordered it through the app, when I pulled up to the speaker, the girl had a huge attitude. I pulled up to the window and that was when they started to make my drink. When they handed it out to me, I asked them if they had put all the shots in, she said yea. This drink didn’t taste like it had any espresso. I ended up stopping at a gas station and got double espressos to mix in.This isn’t a fluke either, I’m not sure if they’re not training the people who work nights, but I highly suggest that you do not go to this one. They will rip you off and they will make you an incorrect drink! You’ve been warned!
Every time me and my family come here they never have cookies and cream ice cream for milkshakes. It seems like they just don’t want to make milkshakes. We just left their drive through, once again disappointed. And the guy working there was rude.
Amber & dasia WERE EXCELLENT to me n my son the bathroom was clean..store was clean.. vibe n energy was very professional
