Usually coffee isn’t fresh here around 10-11 am.
Horrible customer service. I put in an online order for a peppermint mocha. The order was confirmed and the money came out of my account. I go in there, and their system never received the order. The worker demanded to see my phone and told me I didn't complete the order even though I did, he was reading the screen incorrectly. He then rudely asked what I wanted, and I said a peppermint mocha with almond milk. He said "ice or hot coffee?" I repeated my order again. He asked the same question again. I said that I wanted the peppermint mocha drink. He said " I have a lot of drinks, which one do you want?" I then said never mind and that I was going to get a refund. I was treated with absolute disrespect and I am surprised bc I have never had this kind of experience there. Horrible customer service. I will never go there again.
Got my boys & I ice cream for being brave while getting shots at Giant. Limited flavors & toppings. Pricey too, 3 double scoops=$16.
Fast service, even with a line.
The drive thru is usually always running over. The guy on the headset told me my total was 2 something and then when I get to the window it was a different total. I was trying to make sure it was my drink because the headset guy said a different price. I don't think he rang up everything I added to my drink in the first place and just said the base price of the drink. When I asked him if to see the manager he said he was the manager. He could have just apologized and said "my bad I didn't add everything to your drink, this is the actual total". Also my drink was nasty because he added too much French vanilla and sugar. Never going back to this Dunkin. I will try the one by Red Run Blvd for better service.
This particular location has ice cream cones I like ice cream but however you have to repeat several times what you want because they have trouble understanding you.

Best place for Coffee and Burgers.
I always get a great hot cup of coffee from here, never had any problems before.
