Been here a few times - food is always prepared poorly and the restaurant is incredibly dirty. Service is never good - it is very apparent that most employees are not interested in being there.On this particular time the first employee that we encountered did not say a word to us, just hand motioned and nodded and was annoyed when we asked questions. Many important ingredients were out of stock and we had to stop our order and leave.
Just stop ordering/coming here. I know it's tempting to think "Maybe THIS time" or "Today will be the day."No. It won't.They are always out of items, from meats to salsa. They are out of life itself. The only thing they're never out of is chips. And even if by some miracle all items are available, the process is still going to be excruciatingly slow because there's barely any staff.It's so bad, that they have to shut down walk-ins to only handle online orders. They're not even able to cancel online orders for lack of items! If they can, THE STAFF DOESN'T KNOW HOW.One gentleman had waited an hour and a half for their order, to find out they didn't have anything and his only consolation was a free bag of chips...He accepted that he was getting cheated out of his money, because it certainly wasn't an even exchange.It's just not worth it. Save yourself the headache, your money, and the associates breath.
I don’t know why I give this location a second chance. Every time I patronize them, whether via delivery, pickup or in person, they are always out of ingredients. Usually when I get delivery something is missing from the order. I always go to corporate and talk to “pepper” who gives me a coupon for my next visit, but it’s always expired. It’s just not worth it anymore.
This Chipotle is the worst! Not sure how it's still open. The employees are rude! My daughter placed an online order Sunday. It was pouring raining. She ran in to grab it. Got back to the car and realized her two orders of chips weren't in the bag. She went back in to tell them. The guy at the counter was like chips? She was like yes they weren't in my bag. He was like we ran out. Ummmm so you just chose to take a paying customer's money? Not let them know? That's horrible! Where is the customer service?We've also been here several times where they will put chairs blocking the line saying online orders only....on a Saturday? This is ridiculous! What a bunch of lazy employees that act like you're an inconvenience to them....
I come to this location all the time with no issues.This time I came 30 minutes before 10. 10p.m is when they close. I walk up to the line and the employees were staring at me. The girl on the frontline tells me that they’re closed. I smiled andSaid thank you. But how is a restaurant closedand still letting people pick up orders? How can they be closed when your hours of operation don’t end until 10? I didn’t argue but the still had food on the line and plenty of employees working and standing around. I was forced to go to Qdoba, chipotle’s competitor, where I was still ableto get serviced 20 mins before they closed.
When we walked in one of the associates announce they they had ran out of some items. Then they said they couldn't take our order because their system went down. Funny how their online system had no issues, since they continued to prep online orders.Clearly they didn't want to service anyone inside their store. Where is the owner of this franchise, he is loosing a lot of business/money.
I will never eat here again. I opened my bowl and there was multiple strands of long pieces of hair in my food. Beware of this place! Im absolutely disgusted and will be waiting and expecting a refund.
I would give them 0 star. I ordered food online and waited in the store for 30 min to pick up my food because it wasn’t ready. Also they lock the doors and say the store is closed at 2:30 pm on Saturday and turning customers away, doesn’t make any sense. Might has well close this location so people dont waste their time to drive and end up going somewhere else.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.... Corporate management need to come to thus store unannounce and see the real deal. You'll be better off going down the street. They never have anything in stock. Soon as I walked in the guy told someone they didn't have corn. Shortly after, a family of 5 walked in and they said they were only taking online orders. He couldn't give the lady all her change I guess something was wrong with the register. They are giving this business a bad name.
Horrible chipotle. Workers are rude and they are always out of food. One time I went and all they had was rice & chicken. Nothing else. Dirty environment and don’t accept walk ins when they have too many online orders…. Makes no sense. I would give them zero stars if I could.
