I ordered 2 chicken bowls and from one I got nothing but shreds of fried crisps from the chicken nuggets!!! What is this foolishness? Why would they serve this? I literally had 3 pieces of meat and this bullshyt! I am very disappointed! This particular Chick-fil-A is the worse restaurant that I’ve ever been to! If they’re not forgetting one of my items then they’re serving inedible stuff like this! I have been a red member for over 2yrs and this is the worse service I’ve ever received from them. Don’t ever go to this location, if you do you have to double check your items before leaving the store!!!
Check your cup of ice...I received a dirty cup with ice in it from the morning shift. I spend money and buy food from there all the time. Just because it's a free of cup of ice, doesn't mean that it should be handled in any type of way. The manager and the blonde at the window that has a accent...don't care..!!! Poor customer service from MORNING SHIFT!!!
Each time my granddaughter and I go to Chick-fil-A we have a wonderful time the customer service is wonderful the place is always clean the bathrooms are immaculately clean always fresh smelling but the food there is wonderful I always up for the cobb salad and extra avocado dressing my granddaughter has her standard chicken nuggets and fries but the food there is always fresh nice and hot and we always enjoy it three thumbs up to Chick-fil-A

OK Chick-fil-A is the best, having said that, I am not sure why I didn't get bacon on my chicken sandwiches Yes all 3 sandwiches had no bacon when I ordered it? Drive though was Amazing! !! First time in one never seen anything like it! !!! Food- as always was Great!!!!! Thanks !!!!!
Drive thru, ordered a Cobb salad with no bacon and a medium fry. Salad was correct and fresh, no bacon was put on my salad. But they forgot the fries so I had to go back. That was very inconvenient after waiting in the drive thru line but the fries were hot and fresh!
Awesome as always but there was one thing that bothered me. I wanted to trade my book back for a ice cream and when they took the book back, they tossed it in trash. I understand not being able to take it back because of covid but couldn't you donate those returned bools or toys to a school or library or even a daycare??? I work in childcare and I am always on the lookout for slightly used bools for my reading area.
Cobb ? salad is DELICIOUS! It is something you should try. I love to use the Avocado Lime dressing with it. Thank me later
Total suburban setting of Owing Mills, so off the scale. Nuggets where very tasty, lemonade was popping, the surrounding show's Maryland got some get up and go kudo's.
