I came to this location to buy food for my employees and I ordered over 10 meals. When I asked for more sauces bc they didn’t give me enough, these guy was very rude to me saying I couldn’t get more , he even used bad words when he was talking to me. I cant believe I got this poorly service of these employee as well as the manager on duty when I told him the incident he didn’t care nor do anything. I spend a lot of money every week here since my job is pretty close. They should learn how to treat customers.

Clear & accurate information keeps anybody from going crazy. If you advertise on your board $6.15 for a kids meal, & then you ask us ' what kind of drink you want with that' & we say 'coffee' , the proper thing to do is to reveal that getting coffee with this kid's meal will cost us more. It needs to be noted on your board with the person taking the order revealing that. NO, manager who took my complaint on 6-11-22 at around noon, it is NOT common sense that we as the customers should know that it's going to cost more... (I heard you say this as I was pulling away). Other restaurants and other Chick-fil-A's in other states do as I just said. I am a professional singer and I go to multiple states in the United States and I know what is protocol and what is not. The average unhappy customer tells 11 people, how many does the average singer tell? You not trying to understand what I was saying made Chick-fil-A look to me like a wedding cake with flies all over it. Do you want to eat that? Keep doing what you're doing and you probably will have to because CEOs of Chick-fil-A want us happy... not irritated by some icky customer service flies. Also I looked in my kids meal and found a 'Vudu fandango' and I'm like 'what the heck' You DO know what Voodoo is, right? GEEZ! YOU need to use some common sense.
Collin Stokes, the manager, is horrible. I placed an order, thru the app, for delivery after 9pm, the Oder was placed thru the app, but it redirected me to door dash, due to the store was closing & 10pm. I stated to not add cheese to my market salad, afterwards I called the store, gave the gentleman my name, he stated that he saw my order & I also told him to make sure that cheese is not on the salad. I was assured that cheese would not be on the salad. I received the order & cheese is on my salad. I called the store, again, ask to speak with the manager & I recognized the voice, that I had spoke to him, 32 minutes ago, & I explained what happened, he told me that I didn’t call the store & I did not speak with him, never apologized about the mishap, told me that he couldn’t give me a refund, didn’t seem to care. He must be related to someone, that’s important @ Chick-fil-A, Collin Stokes, if it is his name, was very unprofessional in his monotone voice. Just awful… never again.
My family eat at this location often. However, I cut back on coming to this location, especially at night because the customer service has gone down hill. It’s very disappointing because there is just a different level of expectation eating at Chick-fil-A. Got all the way home and none of our food was right. Not to mention, they did not secure the lids on our drinks and it spilled over in my car. Please do better!
I just picked up an order for 2 cobb salads and when i got home realized there was no dressing in the order. I called the store and the Asian lady I spoke with said she was sorry and there was nothing she can do about it and that it was the workers who made the mistake. She said I should drive back and get a new order to which I said it's not my responsibility to drive down to pick up a new order and it should be delivered for their mistake .She responded that they will not be able to do that. This is definitely my last time of visiting this location.
My first and last time going here the lady name Nailani took my order and her attitude was jacked didn’t say my pleasure or any thing! How in the world do you get Randy from Brandon! Like what?? Then the workers don’t want to be there all of there attitudes are jacked went here because I was across the street at party city and didn’t want to go to the one at foundry row because I was going straight home! My first and last time coming in here!
I have gone here several times and they are always fast and friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. I typically use curbside but I have gone inside twice since they have opened the inside up.
I ordered food today ASAP for delivery. First of all my order arrived without condiments that were included with each sandwich. Second driver Sabrina put my order to someone else's door, and sent me a text that my order was delivered. I opened the door and there was nothing on my porch. I had to run to my neighbors door and get my order, because I knew it could happen, but what if I didn't know. I spend $42 for 3 meals and didn't get the proper order and the wrong address delivery. Please be careful when you send orders. I put 3 starts only for this reason, because my food was good.
Over the last couple months this location has been dropping the ball on orders. Three out of the last five orders have been missing sandwiches. Of course they will resend it or credit your account. After waiting an hour don’t feel like waiting any longer. Sad to see this location going downhill.
