This location consistently messes up it’s orders. Do not order from here from their online ordering for curbside pick up or food delivery. They will not come out to the car for curbside you have to go inside no matter what most of the time they only make it once you get there which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The workers do not know how to read the order there is always something wrong or left off. This past time my husband and I ordered from DoorDash for delivery. Our delivery guy was waiting at the location for a while to just pick it up. They only started putting it together when he got there. The order comes and I found a huge piece of plastic in my bowl, the avocado was rock solid and an ingredient was left off of my salad. My husband also had two missing ingredients on his. I’ve called the manager before and nothing about this location has changed since they opened.
Service was bad today. I was charged full price for a side of hummus only to receive a quarter of a cup. The person at the register had the nerve to offer me a receipt, but not my change. I really enjoy the food, but may have to find a different location as this is the second time I have had bad service.

Absolutely amazing! The night crew are amazing and so friendly. I enjoy talking the night manager Joseline she runs a tight shift, the store is always clean. The team always greets me with smile. The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get fresh hot food for a great price. It’s definitely not like other the restaurant across the street. I visit at least 3-4 times a week I’m never disappointed. Thank you for always displaying great customer service.

Normally I will always try and contact the establishment before posting these reviews, but after being left on hold when requesting to speak to the manager for an extended period of time I figured this was my only choice.After a total of 45 minutes of driving to and from the restaurant I was given a Gyro that only contained lettuce and feta...I tried calling back multiple times with no response. Awful customer service, while I do recommend Cava, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location.I am so happy that I was able to spend $13 on this...
Great fast casual restaurant! A Mediterranean Chipotle!Great greens and grains choices to start your bowls or wraps. Then you pick your proteins, sauces, toppings etc. Plenty of choices and amazing flavors! The drink selection is very good too.Owing Mills location: Fast service; friendly staff; clean! Can get busy! So budget some time.Good for groups or families.
I actually agree with the lack of customer service. The staff seemed to pay more attention to preparing the orders on paper instead of to the human being in front of them ( and this wasn't the first time that I've experienced this). They should at least acknowledge you and say I'll be with you in a moment. Also, the portion sizes are small and the chicken is lukewarm. They even forgot to put the pita in the bag although I requested it. A thank you upon checkout goes a long way. I think I'm headed back to Chipotle.
I really enjoy their create-your-own bowls! The harissa honey chicken is my favorite. Love the variety of choices they offer. Had a lovely experience catching up with friends I hadn't seen for a while - we would up staying for a couple hours!!
