Absolutely awful experience. 27 minutes from speaker to window. Food was cold. Fries and onion rings had to spend 10 minutes in the oven to make them edible. No apologies for the wait, instead the lady at the window seemed annoyed having to reach back for ketchup. One plus - I appreciated being reminded why it's been years since I've gone to this location (5 mins from my house). Hopefully I won't forget next time and the new one coming up in Reisterstown does waaaaay better.
The kind african american individual that called himself the manager gave me 3 free large whopper meals and claimed it was on the house. I noticed his authoritative status as he had just fired 2 individuals, suspended a worker and gave a female a raise. I wasn't entirely sure if the man was the manager but he gave me free food so I'm guessing he was.
I usta work at this location but management is poor. My name is durell paige and i quit 2 weeks ago after a Racist New manager started throwing bags of food at me on her first day as manager in the store. Played the victim after being confronted and Other managers did nothing. The store is poorly managed with staff but ask about me to the consistent customers. I was the life of that entire business. because i have my own businesses. TELL COOPERATE TO HIRE ME ON FOR THEIR HIRING PROCESS AND MARKETING. FollowMe on IG! Done with Burger King. WHAT a joke. Ordered from DoorDash. The delivery was made to my mailbox, 1/2 mile away. It was not in it's regular delivery bag, and the Door Dasher stole it. All caught on Ring camera and neighbor witness. Have not be refunded, because Door Dash said it was delivered. Both Burger King and Doordash should be ashamed.
Blatantly ghetto. No hair nets or gloves… the staff are ghetto and always forget something on a simple order.. literally always. Management needs to do better or do weekly training.. so happy they’re building a new one down the street so I can stop giving my money to this triflin location.
The only reason I even bother coming here is because it's a little bit closer than the Reisterstown rd plaza bk if that helps with perspective. Always check your food before you leave and it's better to go after the lunch rush because not only will you be late getting back to work but more than likely your food will not be what you ordered and everyone there has a poor attitude. They used to have great service and managers idk what happened ?
My food was hot & fresh! I don't do a lot of fast food. I had the impossible whopper. Delish!
This has to be one of the worst Burger Kings in America. They can’t get your order right to save their lives (always check your food before you leave!!), the food is always lukewarm, and they’re super slow. Owings Mills deserves better than this. They need to gut the staff and start over with management and employees who can make fast food.
This Buger King customer service is great. The food is hot I love that. Sometimes you may have to wait in the drive thru but it's worth my order being doing the way I ask.
My sandwich was made wrong, so they made another sandwich. The burger was dry like it wad old. I had to through both sandwiches away. This was on 1/15/22 at da drive thru.
