Very so slow service, servers and host staff lack professionalism and any sense of urgency to get you your food on time. Not to mention the place is infested with mice. I waited close to 39 minutes for my order only to see a big fat mouse running across the dining room floor. This place is a joke literally! It deserves to be shut down honestly.As you see in the photo below, no workers in site to greet you at the front counter when you come in . Lol
Service is very slow. The food is very good. Boneless wings, fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw is awesome. Also I ordered hot tea with my meal. I only got 1/2 full in an already small mug. The waiter was very nice.
Ordered for pickup at a scheduled time. I arrived on time and waited for 30 minutes to get my food. When I finally got the food home it was not hot and the celery and carrots I ordered where ROTTEN. It was dark and no one appeared to know what was going on. Not recommended!
Ordered takeout and waited 50mins+ for 2- single patty burgers. They were several minutes away from me asking for a refund. What was even better were the other takeout orders that came after me being fulfilled before mine. Food was tasty though.
I’m not sure where to begin. I came in here on a Thursday night at 8:00 pm excited to enjoy my wings. Upon entering the seating area, I wanted to sit at a booth but they were dirty so I politely asked a young lady with a pony tail working at the station near the seating area if she could clean the table off. This young lady says to me “Someone will clean it.” and walks off looking disinterested and bothered. I am appalled by this attitude and such tone, she wasn’t busy just standing there and the table just needed to be wiped down and swept under. I waited another 6 minutes before we spoke to a different member who was polite and wiped the table down and told us we could be seated, but this had to be a joke. I mean.. were we supposed to eat the crumbs off the floor or just step on them and enjoy feeling mush under our feet?
Ordered on Door Dash, bought ten wings, a clementine Izzie, ranch and celery and all I got was the chicken. The chicken tasted okay. The Spicy Garlic tastes more like Buffalo sauce than garlic.
There's probably less than a 1 of 5 chance that you actually get the dipping sauces and celery that are supposed to come with the meal. What a joke. Management should learn to train the hosts. Proven repeatedly that clearly don't care. Be Better. Not coming back anymore.
I should have known why the parking lot was 1/4 full on a football Sunday (it was a Ravens by week) The Bartender was way too busy entertaining his 3 friends to pay much attention about anything else, had to wave him down to get a refill on my draft, ordered boneless wings with regular buffalo sauce and got them soaking in a good pint of hot habanero sauce… three words, Don’t Go There, worst dining experience in the past 15 years!
I have called this place in excess of 20 times from 3 different numbers. No answer at all. They did not deliver 2/3 of my order and now they won’t even talk with me or refund my money. I live more than 20 minutes away from this location and went there bc I had some gift cards and this is the closest location. Well NO MORE. Customer service is obviously lacking and they can’t even stand to speak on the phone with a paying customer. Not to mention I didn’t even get the food for my family. Disgusting.
Had the brisket sandwich. Not impressed. More like pulled bbq....was expecting slices of beef brisket. Burgers were good though.Service was not up to par at all.Slow and very slacking. I am sure they are short staffed but it was not that busy at all.Maybe try a different location next time
