We've done both takeout and delivery (via the Slice app) from Brookside and have been very pleased. The food is consistently good and the staff is great.Lovely cheese steaks and others (but I'm a man who loves my cheese steak subs). The Sicilian pizza is especially good, but not listed in Slice - so just call.The benefit for us is that they are close, so it's easy-in-easy-out for us. When we don't feel like cooking or fast food, Brookside is a blessing.
My family and I have been eating here religiously for 16 years! If you crave a NY slice, this is the place! p.s. The Stromboli is thee BEST!
OMG!! Their pizza is delicious. Every time I stop in a pick up a slice or two for dinner, I end up sitting in the car and eating. Brookside Pizzeria is truly a hidden gem. The food is always fresh and tasty, especially the pizza. There is nothing like a hot slice of pizza with a crispy crust and hot bubbly cheese. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, and I love watching the interactions between the owner and his daughter. Just an awesome spot, with so many options besides pizza. If you haven't already tried them, TRY them,you will definitely go back.
I’m from New Jersey and my family loves pizza. Since moving to Maryland it’s been hard finding pizza that taste like home! Brookside took my family’s home sick tastebuds right back to NJ! We loved the pizza. As for my burger… the fries were NASTY! They tasted like they were cooked already and then dipped back in the grease again. The burger was ok but not put together too well. We’ll continue ordering the pizza but I doubt if I ever order anything else!
This is the first time I’ve ordered from this place and I must say it is the worst food I’ve ever eaten. I ordered two chicken Parm hero‘s and the chicken was so overcooked it was like rubber. They put so much sauce on the sandwich that it was really wet and moist and disgusting. The sauce that was on the hero was the worst sauce I ever had. I am a New Yorker and this was FAR from a “New York” pizzeria. This is the last time I will ever order from that place. It was THE ABSOLUTE WORST. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I live very close to this place but I guess I’ll be still driving to Towson to visit my favorite pizza place it’s worth the drive.
To me the price's are to high, if i just want a grilled cheese sandwich without ?,you'll still be given the ? anyway. Just to throw them away. If a person only want grilled cheese sandwich & no fries, then they should let that person get two grilled cheese sandwiches since they don't want the french fries.
I ordered off the app for a GrubHub delivery. It arrived at the time it said it would and the food was delicious. I ordered the pasta with the marinara sauce and the NY Chicken CHEESE STEAK SANDWICH. Wow!
Great food, got my food quickly, great customer service, can ask for anything more. The lady who works at the front is such a nice person can't wait to go back.

This is my go to pizza joint. It’s a bit overpriced to be completely honest, but the homemade greasy Italian pizza and the friendly customer service makes it worth the price. I wish they offered promotions to help offset the cost sometimes, I’d probably eat there more if they did.
