Good basic Italian. First of all, the portions are massive. I had the small Caesar salad and ate half. The scampi was well prepared. My wife had the penne with vodka sauce and added grilled chicken. Again, the portions were very large. Service was very good. Good location

As a local I have been coming for years. Take out at the deli with occasional pizzas. The quality is getting worse by the day. Subs used to have fresh baked bread with quality meats and cheese. Now, bread is toasted and hard, meats and cheese are greasy and the portions are half the size. Don’t know why the changed things up. Only place I used to count on.

My initial reaction was that this place was expensive. However, the portions are huge! Everything was delicious! This place is my new “Go to” spot for Italian.

Stopped in at carryout to pick up desserts. Unique and fresh Italian desserts. The wait time however to be waited on is ridiculous. You'll need to be patient. Never enough help behind the counter regardless of the hour of day.

Great ambiance, tasty dishes, clean, decent service...located in the hotel, parking was plentiful. Lots of food choices!

This is our go to spot! As locals we bring all of our out of town guests here. The food and service always on point. Every item on the menu has been awesome. The Chicken Parmesan is so good, I can’t get it anywhere else. You’ll have enough in your doggy bag to eat multiple meals. If you’re anywhere close to one of the locations and you miss out on eating here, shame on you for six weeks!

Had a fabulous family dinner. Chicken Parm is awesome. Waitress was extremely attentive and very sweet. Ocean City has a real staffing problem as other cities do, but it was not noticeable at TOI. We’ve been going here since opening and never had a bad experience. Great family restaurant!

If you looking for rude and dismissive hostesses then Touch of Italy is the place to go! We were told when we called ahead that reservations were not necessary but upon our arrival quickly found out that a party of 8 would not be accommodated. No wait time offered, simply dismissed and told that a party of 8 could not be seated, and they were completely full. To which I said "so there is not wait time?...hostesses response "no." To be fair we didn't get much past the door, so the food could be great...wish we knew. That said, with the number of cuisine options in OC Maryland, save yourself the hassle and find a place that has exceptional service and friendly service staff members. Change your policy on reservations or train your hostesses.

Went on a Tuesday evening in July at 6pm...seated quickly. Our first visit. Party of 3 adults with an infant. Our server recommended the calamari. We ordered that and a large caesar salad. I thought the caesar salad was a bit shy on dressing as I had the caesar salad the week prior at Sunset Island Grill the week prior and it was very good. We ordered drinks. My daughter said her drink was very good, she chose from the specialty drink menu and ordered a second. my son in law had the chicken Parmesan, huge! It could feed a family of 4. My daughter had a pizza which was good. I had the salmon, I get salmon often when out. It came with asparagus and wedge potatoes. I believe it was $28. The salmon and the asparagus was good. The potatoes were undercooked and hard. When you bite a potato, you want to taste that "done" texture. Not in this case. The biggest disappointment was the gnocchi I ordered to go. $20 for the order of the pasta. The best part was the ricotta in the middle. The gnocchi was hard and unlike any other I've had. I order gnocchi to go because it's my favorite. This was the worst I've had. The pasta was actually hard, pasta is meant to be soft. At the prices they charge, this shouldn't be an issue!!! I had been wanting to try this restaurant for 3 years. The check was $186 for 3 adults and a pasta take-out that was dumped down the drain so I do not think this is a good fit for us.... I won't go back anytime soon. Sello and Mancinni have such great food.. Our hard earned money will go elsewhere.
