We love the food here. Great apps - awesome and huge nachos, fish tacos are excellent! They serve a great orange crush and ice cold beers. We love the playground in the back for our kids to run around while we enjoy tasty food and drinks!

Sat us earlier than the wait time but then we waited at our table for forever until the manager saw us looking around for someone to wait on us. As soon as they realized, the waitress that came over was very attentive to us. They brought all 4 of our meals out at different times so we didn’t really get to eat together, which we didn’t like. One of our meals was cold when it got to the table so we had to send it back. All of the food was good though. The overall atmosphere was nice and was pleasantly surprised the place is dog friendly. I would be willing to try it again.
The food was amazing! Everything from the app, to the dessert, was phenomenal. Alcoholic drinks were way off. But again, food was 10/10!! Can’t suggest this place enough for a mild lunch or nice dinner! Is a tad expensive! But we’ll worth it with how good the food is! Will be dining here again!
This place has lovely outdoor seating. We were indoors and service was much slower there. At first I don’t think we had an assigned waiter. The food was all good. Nachos were a generous size and the mix between sweet pork and spicy jalapeños was delicious. The calamari was great and the tacos were okay. The fish and shrimp tacos were both breaded so if that is your preference you’d love them. Salmon bowl was very refreshing with good flavor combinations.
Ocean city has a handful of kid friendly bar/restaurants with playgrounds and this is the best one. The food is really good. We had the crab bisque and calamari. The actual playground area is also great. It's pretty self contained with only one way out. It's a little on the expensive side for example a kids meal is $15 which seems a bit outrageous but it comes with legit ice cream desert. Overall if you are in Ocean city and you want good food and drink and to be able to watch your kids play for an hour or two you can't do better than this place.
My wife and I were staying in a local hotel and Tailchaser was in walking distance. The food was excellent! I had the calamari appetizer and my wife had the crab bisque soup. Our entrees were the salmon and shrimp. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an excellent dining experience. Our waitress Peyton was knowledgeable and very nice and hospitable. We will have to stop in again before going back to NJ. Thanks Tailchasers for an excellent evening!
horrible service, said there will be a wait so we went to the bar area and there were multiple tables open so we took a seat and later was told to leave due to it not being "part of the bar". why would there be a wait when there are several tables open throughout the area. seems lazy and disrespectful to me.
It was good, but seems to be more pricey than warranted. I do not think the value is there, but if you're looking for a dog friendly place you can't go wrong here. I had a $24 burger that was okay, but I've had just as good of a burger a few blocks down Coastal Highway. Bottom line, the restaurant has a good atmosphere, just expect to pay more than normal for okay food and drinks. I don't think I'll go here anytime soon, unless they have an off season special/happy hour deal.
From the perfect service to the terrific food, everything about this restaurant rocks! We've been eating here for years, and the dining experience just keeps getting better. That is due to expert management (Ryan is phenomenal), well-trained and very personable servers, and food that is always well-prepared and truly delicious. Folks, we are not talking bar food here - this is inspired coastal cuisine in a fun setting.
