Employee was really friendly. But ended up charging me $10 for a foot long when I only got a 6-inch? Confused about how that adds up.
Gentlemen serving subs was so rude. Made a sandwich with no meat, wouldn’t take the app, coupons, or allow refills. When asked for manager, he said there isn’t one. Had no lids and when asked for more lids- tried to give dirty lids. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Not a very pleasing experience like other typical subways. Someone needs to train the young kid right so that he can work in a restaurant. He was eating and touching the food without having his gloves on.
Lady working the store has the worst attitude. With EVERY customer. I have never had a "bad" sub at any other location. I order the same thing no matter where it is and this is by far THE WORST. How can you make a sandwich not have any taste when you get a sauce on there. It wasnt even heated. Sweet onion teriyaki sauce has a taste and this sub had no taste. The bread didnt even have a taste. Italian herb and cheese.Never eatting at this location again until they hire a friendly person...
Food always great and love the people who work there great conversations everytime the one in ocean pines and near walmart in berlin md are the best. The guy who works at both is chill and helpful recommend a great sub. Now it's my favorite. Every other day I go there for lunch.
This place typically disappoints. I usually find Subway restaurants to be a reasonable alternative to some of the higher prices places in Ocean City. You'll have better success at the Lighthouse Road franchise. Do not recommend.
I walked in and there was 6 girls working. No one acknowledged me at all. I’m a very nice person. I waited there for 10 minutes since there was an old lady in front of me. I just waited. Then 6 minutes later a tall white man walks in behind me and they ask make his order before mine and I came before him. I am so humiliated. Never going back. They didn’t even apologize or say sorry. I’m so hurt.
horrible service. Did not have any provolone cheese in front or back. A girl walked inside from her break and one of the workers stated that “they have a 5 sub order.†The girl proceeds to sigh and go oh my god in a complaining voice. They could not understand what we wanted on our subs and put many items on the subs that we did not want. Have never had such horrible service at a subway. I could have made the subs myself way quicker. Took a good 20 minutes because of how much they messed up. Sadly had to pay for bad service and items put on our subs that we don’t even like. Smh.
We stopped here to pick up lunch today. The ladies were very pleasant and everything looked clean, except for the ants crawling around near the soda fountain. On our way back to the hotel, my son found an ant in his sandwich! Let's just say, all of our food was immediately thrown away. Never again. Yuck!
