There are Starbucks throughout Ocean City 125th is a must if your near it...so head North well managed and done!
The drive through lady is a freak. So unnecessarily rude and irritable. I literally didn’t even order anything after speaking with her I just left
This place is an absolute joke. All the customers that they get and cant get anything right. Gabby was real rude and this staff is definitely not working to the best of their ability. They know people come down here on vacation so why not be prepared. As stated before Gabby was real rude and does not deserve to be working here. This franchise needs to be looked at and possibly a change of management and maybe staff would help
put an online order in and the manager freaked out on me saying I put in the order too early? which makes no sense, there was nobody else in the store lmao she seemed like a mess
The worst customer service Starbucks has to offer. It seems like they got all the nastiest people they could find and bring them to work at this location. Truly a sad experience.
Today I walked to Starbucks as I usually do when I’m down here. There was a barista eyeing me down. When I gave her my order, she cut me off and was rude. I told her that I am allergic to wheat and that there could be no cookies in her frap, there could be only chocolate chips. I told her that there could be no coffee in it, as well. When we got our order… she eyed me down again and I walked out of the store. When I tasted my drink, it tasted like cookies and caffeine, which I had asked not to be included in the drink. Very dissatisfied with this barista. All of the other ones are amazing.

Did an online order. Got to window and employee stated that we were too early for our order, which was only 2 iced teas, and we could come back later or come inside. Employee could not tell us when our "pick up time" was. So I parked and walked inside and my drinks were there. Super annoying!!
This is my favorite Starbucks. Not only do they provide such great customer service, they are so helpful and do a great job making the drinks. The staff knows the products well and recommend new options when you want to try something new. As a regular they usually know me by my voice at the drive thru. How awesome is that?! The store itself is always so clean an you can count on the staff being festive during any holiday. You all do such a wonderful job!!!!
I am disappointed that since COVID, the quality of service and offerings has slid. Last two mochas I have purchased were not filled to the top of the grande cup. Lukewarm milk. Overpriced for less than average taste
