Ordered in the app, sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get to the window to be told they hadn't started making the order yet. It was two iced coffees, nothing special. Took another 8 minutes sitting at the drive thru window to receive the order.
I miss the original Starbucks location and was sad to see they tore it down and built a new one. It was my old stomping ground/mobile office where I used to spend hours here getting paperwork done. I guess I’m nostalgic. Also, it’s been several years since I visited this Starbucks and no one seems to remember the old manager’s name or where he works now. He was an older white dude that worked for Starbucks forever and still worked the barista bar. He was a beast and could make several drinks at the same time.
Typical Starbucks. Employees are super friendly, interior is very nice with cool wallpaper featuring the mermaid and astrology. Drive thru is efficient - just gets super busy during the in-season.
Visiting OC from NJ on May 24th. I love Starbucks, flows through my veins but this one is a no for me.Convenient location, drinks and bakery items was ok. Problem was the bathroom and the store itself. Store was unkept looking but the bathroom was horrible. This was 11am or so in the morning, so they weren't opened that long. Why was the bathroom that messy!This Starbucks needs a good cleaning.

Worst Starbucks ever. I asked for a venti vanilla shaken espresso no ice and they gave me a shot of espresso in a venti cup and still charged me for a venti. And I wasn’t trying to get more drink for less money than I wouldn’t order venti and then a the attitude you get from the girl who makes it was very unnecessary. Give your attitude to tourist. Not to locals who works all day long and dream of a nice cup of coffee. I won’t be using this Starbucks anymore and tell others not to use it. We can all go to 17th st.
Excellent. There is always consistency in the taste and quality of service at most locations. Friendly. The pistachio Frappuccino was amazing.

Every single employee is super nice and always cheerful. I have had several of their people make the drink that I always order and it’s ALWAYS delicious. The work quickly and precisely in there while making it appear effortless.
