All thumbs down!! I visited here on a family vacation. We were highly DISAPPOINTED and DISRESPECTED!! We ordered rib eye steaks. They were extremely tough They weren’t even eatable! It was like chewing on a tire Upon sending them back. The “OWNER RODGER” came out and asked what was wrong with the steaks. We told him and SHOWED him how tough they were by cutting them in front of him. It was obvious they were tough. He had such an attitude with us. He told us he wasn’t making anymore food for “US” and that “that’s a $42 steak. I’m not gonna just take it back cause it’s tough” and told us we can go. I honestly believe he was racist! I’ve never beentreated that why in a restaurant because the food wasn’t up to par. I’m actually offended. I will never come here again!
really cool place, food was wonderful, service was great, will be coming back again, they have great happy hour specials
We went for happy hour and had amazing service from Peyton. The food was delicious. We had oysters on the half shell and whole lobsters that were amazing and so reasonably priced compared to other foods we ate during our stay. We also had the tenderloin tips with truffle fries that were excellent, too. The live music was awesome and the ambiance on the roof overseeing the bay was perfect. We wish we would have found it sooner! Highly recommend!!
We were lucky enough to get an Airbnb two blocks down from Skye Bar. We didn’t think much of it from the street view, but decided to give it a try since it was so close. We’ve stopped in the last 3 days in a row, and plan to continue that through our vacation. Their happy hour is fantastic - cheap (but delicious) orange crushes, $1/each oysters, live music for four hours, and a great staff. One of the bartenders, Jonathan, recognized us after a day, and has been nothing but welcoming. Would highly recommend, and will absolutely be back to visit during future stays, regardless of where we’re staying. SKYE BAR!
My favorite rooftop and one of the best happy hour spots in Ocean City. They have $1 oysters and lobsters for $25 during happy hour 3-6 PM Monday- Friday. I always order their oyster Rockefeller, wings, orange crushes, and crab dip as well. The place gets packed even during off peak times. Try to come here early in the afternoons on Thursdays and Fridays. The lobster sometimes sell out since their lobster mac is really popular as well. Fun place to enjoy some drinks and food while also catching the sunrise. They have live music and the service here is always on point.
This place was really nice bar/ lounge on the rooftop. Had a great band play. Also had some good specials for happy hour food and drinks. The service was great as well didnt wait long for food and drinks. Would go bavk here again.
Came here Friday to have a drink or two, live music which was a great duo. The bar was moderately busy. Two bartenders, although it seemed like one mostly. He was running checking on what he could, while still pleasant. I know how it can be, as I am a bartender for over 15 years. The other one, tall red short hair, completely rude, unprofessional, and not interested in us in any way. Had to waive him down when he got maybe 4 people next to us and he'd just walk away, and stay away. Almost felt racist, or just pure discrimination. I could go in in detail but why. Told the bouncer/door guy checking id's how ridiculous the service was from himI will never go back
I will put this as delicately as I can. The place is beautiful and the servers are great. Great experience. BUT, when leaving, my boyfriend fell down the steps because they are crumbling. He went down in front of me to protect me and fell himself. I did create a scene because I was amazed that this place, as beautiful as it is, didn't have any handicap access and the concrete steps are crumbling. I have pictures of all of this. Sir, I know you are looking for me because I said I was going to sue you. I actually haven't decided which path to take yet but, as I said, I have pictures of where you are lacking and the damages to my man's body! I understand the ADA laws and maybe you pass because of the year this place was established. You even say that your parking lot is handicap accessible, but you don't say your restaurant ISN'T. YES, I understand the laws before 1993.....how can you be so insensitive to others . As I said, I am still trying to figure out what path I should take....

Good place to get drinks and enjoy the outside area. This bar has a removable roof, allowing them to take advantage of the weather or close it up on rainy days. They offer live music, but it wasn't so loud you could talk. They also have a full menu of many delicious items. Their drink menu was impressive, and shocking the drink cost was somewhat affordable for ocean city standards. Overall, it is a good place to relax and enjoy the view from the roof top.
