Felt like there was absolutely no air on in this place. Parking is a pain. No places to eat inside. Bagel/cream cheese was good. Would not return to this store due to the cons.
SUCKS.Highly recommend skipping unless you like overpaying for mediocre food.The bacon nor the eggs were sufficiently cooked, and entire sandwich had NO flavor to any of it.BLAND AND TASTELESS.
I read the reviews and I saw the poor comments were more about some personnel than the food. We arrived at the perfect time because the line went down the block when we left. With 6 bagels and a muffin ordered, no one was disappointed. I only had time to snap one picture of the rainbow bagel with cinnamon sugar cream cheese. Everything was delicious, making this place great for breakfast. Service wasn’t too quick but everyone behind the counter was kind and helpful and patient. It is worth the try!
The older woman who works there is absolutely terrible. She is mean and nasty to not only her customers, but also her staff. Might I add, all the staff looked to be around high school age. She was very disrespectful. She also snatched our food and did not give us half of our order that we paid for!!! The bagel was not worth it. We will NEVER be back. I feel sorry for the staff.
We ended up here several times on our short stay to OC, MD. The bluberry, and chocolate chip bagels are phenomenal. The French toast bagel with the BLT was pretty delectable as well. Can't forget apple & cinn cream chs. Or The Turkey Chipotle on egg bagel. The bagels are THAT good.. we even bought 1/2 dozen for the kids at home. The staff was always so helpful.. bought some merch as well
This place is terrible. The older lady working the register with the red hair is rude and has no customer service. Terrible nasty attitude. I called to ask if I could make an order for pickup and the woman on the phone literally just said “No.” and hung up on me. Save your money and time and go somewhere where you’ll actually be treated with respect as a paying customer. Uber Bagels is not too far from this place and I will definitely be going there next time.
Very disorganized. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Several customers started queuing in a different area, so I joined them to prevent more people from jumping in line and as soon as I got there, the employee moved everyone outside where I lost my place in line. Tried explaining, but the staff was very unprofessional. Ended up leaving.
We were super excited to have another vegan option. Went in to one older lady working alone. Line backed up, no worries, we can be patient. We watched her make bacon egg and cheese bagels for 3 people in front of us. When it was our turn we ordered a cold sandwhich that had bacon on it and asked for the meat and cheese to be swapped for vegan options (there are multiple signs about all their vegan options so they seemed to be proud of it). She says the ovens are down and she's only doing bagels and cream cheese...but she made hot sandwiches for all those people in front of us. So we said just sub out the vegan bacon for vegan ham. She said "I still can't heat it". I said "it's a cold sandwich ". She responds with "I'm not doing it". We walked out. I would have been fine had she not just made hot sandwhiches for 3 people who ordered multiple hot sandwiches ahead of us. But it's like she specifically just didn't want to even try.
